They have so many beautiful orchids! :)
Beautiful ❤
Thank you!!
Thanks for posting another tour of Waldor Orchids. It's always great to see where my orchids have come from. The tip about bifoliate cattleys needing to dry out is greatly appreciated. I recently got an aclandiae hybrid and I have two others that are bifoliate, but they're all making new roots and doing well so far. 😬🤞
13:54 (Tokyo Magic) and 21:32 (Jewel Box) are my new favorites!
31:56 Maybe I would have bought this Chysis just to try something different? 🤔 The bulbs remind of Catasetums.
Lots of pupurata cattleyas at Waldor and I have one! 😅
I ended up buying a aclandiea while I was there and Dave was mentioning the tricky growing habits of the bifoliates. Im glad the tip was helpful too! I have jewel box and it is GORGEOUS! A tough plant to find nowadays but what a stunning orchid!
@@OrchidsByBryan Aclandieas are supposed to be easy cattleyas to care for like the Brassavola nodosa hybrids.
Thanks for sharing they have some great plants and some of the coerulea Catt species were 😍 so amazing blue is kind of my thing lol 😂. I am in Florida
I love coerulea cattleyas too! Im adding a few more blue catts to my collection soon! I actually bought a coerulea schilleriana on this trip to Waldor!
@@OrchidsByBryan nice those are beautiful 😍
First to comment. I get a prize. Love your vids. 🎉
Ayeee congratulations! Thanks for the love and for watching! :)
Simply stunning, I live in Florida, I think I will be embarrassed to call them and ask for an orchid, what do you think Brian? Thank you for your video.
Oh you should definitely give them a call! and mention you saw the video! ;) They vend at Tamiami every year so they do sell down in Florida! Waldor ships all across the US too!
Hi Bryan. Loved seeing Waldor again. I love all orchids but the Paphs and Phrags are my favorite. When you were talking about the orchid food do you feed the Nutricote 13 11 11 March to October and the 90 day 18 6 8 October to march? Going to put my orchids outside once this heatwave passes. Thanks you
Hi Karen! Im glad you enjoyed the summer tour! So, for fertilizer, I use 18-6-8 from April to September and then 13-11-11 from October to March. I hope this helps! And I am going to do a little video on fertilizing super soon too to help even more!
Thank you Bryan. I like to see what other growers do for fertilizing. Glad you are doing a video soon on Fertilizing. Thank you!
