I love this! I want to listen again and again! Oh Lord, illumine my darkness! Help me Lord!
Amen ☦️
Intelligence is much more of a curse than people believe.
the mind is a way for the devil to get in, our mind is in the spiritual life and what we think is not always from us
Truly, i was meditating on this yesterday. Pride takes many forms. Pride of mind, e.g the protestants, they think that their interpretation of the bible is the best than the early church fathers. And because of the pride they have, it caused divisions and confusions. At the end, its all pride. They're just disobedient. Because what they think, is the best. Oh blessed mother Mary, pray for us here on earth, for the conversion of sinners.

Thank you. I always comment to boost your algorithm and visibility as well as liking. I encourage the faithfuls to do so for the glory of God and for orthodoxy.
Thank you immensely. Christ is in out midst!

As Elder Thaddeus pointed out tirelessly, thoughts determine our lives. Timely. Thank you from one so prone to these delusions!
A lot of the times I question my actions in reading the Bible, Saints, Theology, Church History, Mysticism, etc. to know and love God, if it can lead to the pride of my intellect. In a world that tells you to take pride in your efforts and works, I find taking any sort of pride in yourself (that is in vain) lessens the glory of Jesus Christ. "εκείνον δει αυξάνειν, εμε δε ελαττουσθαι"/"He must increase, but I must decrease" (John 3:30)
Oh my, how easily we can slip into this. Lord have mercy! I am guilty myself. In this age of endless information. The curiosity is endlessly being peaked. “O Lord and Master of my life, a Spirit of idleness, CURIOSITY, ambition and idle talk give me not. But a spirit of chastity, humility, patience and love bestow upon me your servant.” Amen.
this hits home for me. listening to you tube on religion, I quickly become too involved. I knew that I was being sucked in, but hearing it from an outside source, resonates with me.
This is particularly true in Evangelical Bible believing Protestantism of which I have belonged for over 45 years-but not much longer.

Why was this quote from David included? “They told me of the mocking of the lawless, but they are not like Your law.” Can you explain what this meant in context to the video? Thank you
In the context of Psalm 119 (or Psalm 118 in some traditions) It emphasizes the contrast between the lawlessness of the world and the steadfastness of God's law, highlighting the importance of fidelity to divine commandments despite opposition or ridicule.
In other words, we need to crucify our intellect if we want to understand the Providence of God since we are limited in our understanding. Our wisdom is foolishness before the Lord.
(1 Corinthians 3:19) For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written: “He taketh the wise in their own craftiness”;
O Lord, how can we be cured of the ugly knowledge the Saint talks about? In the modern world we are bombarded with news and world events from every direction. How difficult it is to tune out.
