You said it uses more vinyl, but that's OK .
Thanks for watching. I am glad I could help. The QR codes will print on a different sheet since it is a sticker. The other stuff, like the boxes and font, can be cut on one sheet of vinyl.

Great tutorial. Am wondering why you didn’t save a step by welding the border to the QR code and then print?
I didn't want the border to be print and cut, I wanted it to be vinyl.
