- During the defamation trial on Wednesday, a pre-recorded deposition from Officer Tyler Hadden was played for the jury. Hadden testified on the penthouse incident, where police were called to Johnny Depp's penthouse by a friend of Amber Heard's. He stated that he saw no sign of damage to the property and no visible injuries on Heard.

No offense to this court case, but these officers deal with REAL and very violent cases every day. They do the work that neighbors don't. This is incredibly ridiculous. 5 actual questions in, we can all tell that Amber was perpetrating a fraud.

also if any MAN strikes or punches a WOMAN, the injuries would be 100% visible..please know that i am not meaning for this to come off in a sexist way at all, but most MEN overpower WOMEN just through differences in physical make-up of body types.. also Amber and her lawyers have been trying so hard to paint Mr. Dep as a rage filled monster, but if you add "rage" to the statement i said beforehand, then all the more reason to believe that any physical injuries on Amber at all, would be absolutely devastating and very easy for responding officers to spot and pick up on, yet every one of the responding officers didn't even feel the need to fill out a report because none seen any injuries at all.. I hope what I'm trying to say doesn't come off in a wrong way, I'm horrible at articulating what I'm trying to convey..

Actually, I take that back. She actually helped depps team by asking those questions. By asking that line of questioning it actually helps affirms the officers credibility as in, they are confident in their assessment of the scene and know no misconduct took place in their investigation. Thank you again Ms. Muffins for helping us out.

No matter how bad some cops are, I can't believe that a male and a female cop would leave an injured woman crying in a destroyed property without filing a report. Hence there was no injured woman nor there was destroyed property. Period.
Side note, can we just acknowledge how respectful Johnny’s Attorney seems to be. Even after everything so far, and IT’S A LOT, when they went to approach in the beginning, he got up and started walking to the bench, but stopped to allow her, Opposing Council, to walk in front of him…kinda like a “Ladies First” moment.

I can't believe that at the end of this questioning, Ms Heard's lawyer is threatening this Police Officer with misconduct rules because she hasn't been able to get him to say what SHE wants him to say, which is that there were injuries on the woman's face. She repeatedly asked him about injuries, which he states multiple times he didn't observe. You can see him getting exasperated near the end when he leans back in his chair. That's, in my opinion, coercion. I don't know how this was allowed?

As a outsider heards lawyers come off as unlikable, however this is generally how these things go in America, especially if the lawyer doesnt have much to work with. Theyre attempting to build a defence by discrediting all of the testimonies that they dont like. Ultimately this is a defamation case not a defecation case, so the burden of proof is on Johnnys team to provide reasonable belief that that amber heard attempted to defame johnny depp, also i could be wrong but i believe they must also show that there was an impact from her actions but i could absolutely be wrong there.

I don't get why this lawyer keeps asking the same question just in different ways and trying to confuse him but he stood his ground.
So between the two visits from the police the spilled wine and broken glass appeared and disappeared.
The first officers arrived at 20:57 and left by 21:22, they didn't see any wine or broken glass on their way to the apartment or on their way back to their car.
Depp's friend said he came up around 21:30 with another friend and they saw spilled wine and broken glass. He asked his other neighbour, Josh Drew, who at the time was at Heard's place and opened the front door when he heard voices from the hallway, they asked what had happened and Drew answered "rough day".
Later that evening at 22:24 another set of police officers went to Heard's apartment because two calls had been made about that address. That time the officers were wearing body cameras and on the footage no spilled wine or broken glass can be seen in the hallway.

You need to remember that this is only JDs personal testimony, witnesses and personal side of the story. These are the witnesses that they chose to make their case look the best for their client. The judge is fair and patient. The lawyers are disorganized overwhelmed and not presenting evidence in order. They are attempting to add evidence without record and failing to follow through with last week's requests.
I hope the jury is just as annoyed as the rest of us are by AH's attorneys and their circular questioning. JD's team doesn't have to object because AH's legal team is digging their own grave.

I am on the side of justice and truth so I support Johnny, but making stuff up to make someone appear bad/worse is not the way to go.
@@OriginalPuro I will concede that I did not see JD unpack as it were. I just find that she does everything larger than life and almost invites criticism. I think we agree on standing behind truth but I disagree that I can make her look bad. She and her legal team are doing a fantastic job of that all on their own.
