    Yes Mark. This is the good shit. Keep it coming. I'm a mum whose son is emotionally abducted by his sociopath dad and alienated from me because I represent what's good in the world. We need less toxic influence and more 'fathering', guiding and coaching for our boys. They need positive wise role models. Thanks

    Yeah, I'm older than you so I'm more likely to get injured if I'm not being sensible in the gym. I speak from experience! 😅
