    Mathias Hove Johansen! Bro is back on my feed after a couple of years! It was about time, just a few days ago I thought to myself suddenly what's going on with that Norwegian sprinter. I guess I saw you at the U23 European Championships in Espoo, Finland last summer but otherwise nothing. Let's keep on training! Vamos! Btw, dude looks more muscular and shredded than ever lol.

    Hey I know your a much faster runner then me and I am in no room to give advice but I have been studying for a bit and noticed how when you strike the back of your foot comes down a bit. This shows lack of ankle stiffness aka ankle strength. By strengthening the ankle it will become more stiff when you strike improving your time. Love your videos I hate giving advice to people better than me but thought I should mention that

    Hi Mathias! Great video as usual! I have a bit of a dumb question; do track and field athletes get paid by their team in the same way say a football player gets paid by the club they are with? Based on what you show in your videos, training is essentially a full-time commitment so I cannot imagine fitting in a full-time job as well.

    Hi is 150m and 200m good for 100 meters speed endurance, cause someone said 120 meters is better. With 70 to 90 meter sprints too.

    • @eliaminehomadi732
      @eliaminehomadi732 6 месяцев назад

      À vitesse max je pense que c'est 15min. Mais en endurance vitesse c'est moins donc 8 à 12 minutes de repos entre

    You afe slow you meed to be at 30m at approximately in 3.9s but you are in 4.05s (real time) frequency is not all thing and stride length is the key to speed and your body mass is restricting it and you are really extending your foot to its capabilities . Youshould break this habit of reaching 30m in 18.5 steps to at least 17 steps. ❤❤
