Mathias I've been watching your videos for a few years and I'm loving seeing you in such good form!!!! Thanks for the inspiration, bless your journey 🙏
Love this channel and love your work, i took up sprinting to increase my power output as a professional boxer but your vids make me want to sprint and just sprint haha, keep up the amazing work brother.
Mathias Hove Johansen! Bro is back on my feed after a couple of years! It was about time, just a few days ago I thought to myself suddenly what's going on with that Norwegian sprinter. I guess I saw you at the U23 European Championships in Espoo, Finland last summer but otherwise nothing. Let's keep on training! Vamos! Btw, dude looks more muscular and shredded than ever lol.
Hey I know your a much faster runner then me and I am in no room to give advice but I have been studying for a bit and noticed how when you strike the back of your foot comes down a bit. This shows lack of ankle stiffness aka ankle strength. By strengthening the ankle it will become more stiff when you strike improving your time. Love your videos I hate giving advice to people better than me but thought I should mention that
Hi Mathias! Great video as usual! I have a bit of a dumb question; do track and field athletes get paid by their team in the same way say a football player gets paid by the club they are with? Based on what you show in your videos, training is essentially a full-time commitment so I cannot imagine fitting in a full-time job as well.
does the crazy change in daylight hours in norway negatively affect training and health? im always in worse form this time of year and thats england, i cant imagine it in norway
You afe slow you meed to be at 30m at approximately in 3.9s but you are in 4.05s (real time) frequency is not all thing and stride length is the key to speed and your body mass is restricting it and you are really extending your foot to its capabilities . Youshould break this habit of reaching 30m in 18.5 steps to at least 17 steps. ❤❤
Project Paris? You've got to be kidding. Are you going to Disneyland or where? 10.38 and 20.68 :) your maximum is the final of European Championship (in future). I hope you don't waste public money for this comedy.
Another Mathias video? This day just got a lot better 💪
i was feeling a little reluctant to train today but watching your video is getting me pumped up again!!!
pufff missing this high quality videos, certainly you are improving the standard at the athletic community. Thanks

it's probably to late to ask but are the times counted with or without reaction time? anyways nice vid!
What do you reckon is the most optimal weight for a Long jumper/100&200m sprinter at 195cm and 22 years old?
очень крутой продакшн
0:48 hahahaha too funny unexpected
Do you tilt your body while running around the curve or turn ur hips to match the track
Love the vid Mathias. 2024 is ur year. Just wondering, how long is ur rest in between the 150m
À vitesse max je pense que c'est 15min. Mais en endurance vitesse c'est moins donc 8 à 12 minutes de repos entre
Sorry f im asking but why do you switch your spikes so often?

Leurs fédération et leurs club en fonction de leurs niveau. Mais votre question n'est pas bête
What camera do you use? And is it only good for sports shoots or even for portraits?
Finally!
Hi is 150m and 200m good for 100 meters speed endurance, cause someone said 120 meters is better. With 70 to 90 meter sprints too.
Can we book a training session with you ?

я думаю что немного энергии рассеивается при старте из-за косолапости - боковые движения ногой
