Mathias, if you ever quit sprinting, think about going to Crossfit as a competitor, u might have to train suffering through long workouts, but your other skills are already top-notch for that sport
Awesome workouts, what do you think of incorporating swimming into your training? I recently did a few pool workouts and my feet and adductors got a good workout. Then when I went on a run today I felt more springy.
Hello. I am still partly restricting social media. Fully restricting for the first couple of hours of my day, and only using browser instead of the apps. Though I am noticing I am using it slightly more and more each day again after coming back from the training camp, and especially while traveling. Interesting that you ask right now as I just thought about trying be more strict going into the National Champs in two weeks. Thank you!
