Sukuna didn't use RCT to recover his technique because he didn't think of Yuji being able to use DE and It would be risky as Sukuna said he didn't need to take the risk he took against Gojo or he didn't think he needed to risk it
I think it makes sense that Yuji waited until now to use Domain Expansion because he finally has a sure-hit that would be effective against Sukuna, the soul-splitting dismantle.
When Gojo regained his rct and seemed like he’d win he ended up in an airport. When Sukuna regained his rct and looks like he’ll win, he ends up in a train station lol
I bet the technique Yuji imbues in his domain has a sure hit that targets the soul instead of cursed energy/inanimate objects like other domains. He could probably target people like Maki and Toji with his domain much like Sukuna. Also, its possible that Yuji's sure hit effect could be non-lethal to explain how Sukuna couldn't react to Yuji's domain expansion. We know from Higuruma and Hakari's domain that a domain with a non-lethal sure hit effect activates more quickly than ones with lethal sure hits. Although I'm not exactly sure how Blood Manipulation or Shrine sure hits could be non-lethal.

Personally, I think Yuji obtained the ability to DE following the switch training with Yuta. Since he learned the barrier techniques with Kusakabe and then did switch training with Yuta to get RCT, I find it hard to imagine he wouldn't also use that opportunity to try DE at least once. There just wasn't a good time to use it until now because he was trying to save Megumi, a blood manipulation DE probably wouldn't be enough to kill Sukuna, he was fighting with allies or inside another DE, etc.
My initial thought when seeing the panel was that Sakuna is dead and the Yuji at the train station is Sakuna's twin that he ate ages ago, but a grown up version. But then it it also makes sense that its not and Yuji is the one to teach Sakuna love via some sort of soul resonance like everyone is saying. Whichever way it goes I'll be happy with it. Yuji using the soul cutting dismantles then dropping the domain expansion was 100% satisfying. I was shocked when Gojo got off screened but this kind of evens it all out.
Sukuna already knows about and understands love. He literally explained this to Kashimo, it’s the fact that he does understand and know about love that he can say “fuck love” and abandon it. He realized early on that love for one’s self would drive them farther than love for others. That’s why he told Jogo that curses and humans flocking together causes them to compare themselves to others which then leads to weakness and stunts their growth. He feels that if ppl were to act on their selfish desires, they’d then be more naturally driven to get stronger and achieve the things they desire. Instead of relying on other to help you get their or help you get what you want, use your own strength to take what you want, that’s what Sukuna believes. He lives for himself, anything he wants, he’ll go out and get. Anything he wants to kill, he kills. Whatever he wants to play with until he’s bored, he plays with. This is why he said Yorozu was so annoying, cuz she kept preaching about love as if Sukuna didnt already understand it, she didn’t realize that’s it was because he did that he acts the way he does. He was never born into love, he ate his brother in the womb and was unwanted, hate, and feared his whole life. He knew what love was, but since the only love he received was from his opponents, he has no reason to cherish the love of others, so he cherishes his love for himself instead.
For the “why now” question about Yuji’s Domain. I’m sorry and with all due respect, it’s a really dumb question: Megumi unlocked his DE (although he couldn’t fully manifest it or something along that line…), and that was against the Finger Bearer. Megumi saw a possible/future version of himself that was stronger than he was atm due to Gojo’s advice and just said FUCK IT. Gaining access to Shadow Chimera Garden. Just in the same vain as he needed something to overpower the Finger Bearer. With his current strength being insufficient. Yuji needed to hit Sukuna with his attacks but couldn’t, and remembering Gojo’s speech about DE. Coupled with his awakening, Black Flashes, Kusakabe Coalition training arc. Something just clicked and he unlocked his DE. This is not Asspull or weirdly convenient. It’s consistent and good writing.
This goes to show you how amazing gojo was tho. He seem to call out everything with his info dumps in the story sometimes. The way all the teachers kinda explain the battle system to us in reality gojo showed how to break the whole fold of things. Him and sukuna pushed the limits beyond…. Then six eyes is something serious to have
I have a theory that the inverted spear of heaven is a broken piece of hiten(sukuna’s weapon). I think this because i find it weird that they call it a spear if its a knife and also it seems to be missing half of its blade which implies that it was a trident just like hiten. If it is hiten, then i see sukuna beating gojo without mahoraga if he had his full kit.
What if it's his Innate domain. From what I saw, the ending editor's note had "domain" in quotation marks... Also, remember that thing Gojo said about winning even you die? I think Yuji unleashed a Domain Expansion because he had no other choice. He is truly alone in this moment and Sukuna will kill everyone if he does not do it. Besides, every other plan was better than "plop Yuji in front of Sukuna and hope is Domain will get him (Man did not even unlock shrine until like 2/3 rd into the fight and he did not unlock soul dismantle until last chapter)..."
7:07 On the point of Gojo being potentially reincarnated, Gege has drawn inspiration from Hunter x Hunter. In the latest arc of HxH, Kite, the white-haired teacher of the protagonist, was reborn after being murdered by the Chimera Ants. It would be cool to see something similar by some means happen with Gojo.
ik this is a small detail nitpicking an otherwise good comment drawing smart comparisons, but Chimera ants/election arc isn't the "latest arc" of HxH. It's just the last arcs to get animated. Since then, the manga has gone so much farther and gotten a lot of cooler, but the hiatuses are killer. A little hint to encourage people to go check them out is Hisoka vs Chrollo and they go to the dark continent.
Any theories on yuji’s new arms we still haven’t had a proper explanation of them and you’d think it would have been revealed along with blood manipulation if it was also a result of him eating the cursed wombs but we got no details.
17:00 Sukuna literally refers to this exact thing by saying "I don't need to pull any risky moves like Gojo". Basically, he just really didn't think he needed his domain expansion for Yuji, and was just gonna wait until he got his technique back.
I really dont think its like the airport scene because there would be no reason for Sukuna to be back in his YujiKuna appearance if that were the case. Im still pretty confident its Yuji's domain and his domain is simply another power he stole from Sukuna.... in this case its based on that soul dimension that Sukuna was able to take Yuji, (when he made that bet with Yuji and then washed him, and Mahito (when he was fighting Yuji and Sukuna threatened Mahito) to. It would thematically make sense for them to have a fight in a place like that now that Yuji has proven he can effect souls. The subway makes sense because Shibuya terminal is where Yuji truly broke down and chose to discard his humanity to "destroy monsters", and Sukuna having the YujiKuna appearance again would fit because he has reconnected his soul to Sukuna's.
Also there is something that i think a lot of people are overlooking, in the last pannel it says something along the lines of "clash in an unknown domain" so that means that whatever is happening is Yuji's domain. Unless gege is trolling
The only thing I disliked about the whole Jacob's Ladder scenario was how expected it was for it to not necessarily work, or eradicate Sukuna I guess. I was expecting it to have a more visible effect on him than what it ended up seeming to have. I did love though that he literally climbed up it, if he was going to get through it, climbing up it is some peak shit.

I have a theory on the train station. So basically, I think Sukuna is dead, and Yuji, the bodhisattva of hell beings is there to prevent him from feeling alone in his final moments. It's kinda like sukuna glazing people who he beats. Where Sukuna doesn't let people die feeling weak, Yuji doesn't let people die feeling alone. Also, do you think the memory thing is possible with Sukuna since, like Choso, he has a connection to Yuji.

I just wanted to donate this as a thanks as I always find myself watching and enjoying your videos. I also have 2 questions. 1. Why does Sukana require a living host to be able to inhabit their body whereas Kenjaku can do it with a dead host? Is the only difference here Kenjakus CT? I don't see a reason why Sukana wouldn't be able to revive within a dead body given that it has been fed the fingers. 2. When Yuta ordered Rika to consume Kenjaku, would Rika also have access to Geto's CT? making him have access to the abilities of all cursed spirits that Geto and Kenjaku had absorbed, such as Mahito? I believe the Train Station IS Yuji's domain When Sukuna comments about Yuji's soul punches being useless if they don't hit It shows his eyes seemingly in shock (Gojo flashback inbetween) And then his eyes turn into Yujikuna's version You know those anime when they show you their eyes closeup, and when they blink the background changes??? That's this.
Hakari coming in at the very last second to steal Yuji's kill. But I think it's a trap. I think Yuji, Yuta, and Todo just set up a Domain Expansion that is powered by Yuta's refined barrier, Todo's swap technique, and Yuji's own Cursed Energy. But they are going to swap Sukuna in one Domain Expansion to another, by using Yuji as a "stand in" when Sukuna is swapped. Since they have the same Cursed Energy, they are almost completely similar in terms of Cursed Energy. So while Sukuna is being forced to just trying to not take damage, Todo is also swapping MAKI, Yuji, Yuta, Everytime he's swapped to a new domain.
@@sree0814 if I know anything about Shounen it's that anytime an antagonist says they shouldn't worry about a character because they think they're down for the count it means they really need to worry about said character. Aoi Todo is built completely different from other sorcerer's and is a literal TANK. The Sukuna jump on air is weird because in the Yorozu fight he was able to jump straight up in the air and basically stay there to drop the elephant he didn’t need to jump side to side or anything.

Guy called Allons-Y cooked with a really good theory you should check it out. He said that the train station scene is after yuji and sukuna dies and we won’t see it for a few chapters. And yuji used his domain to make sukuna puke the fingers and he eats those himself. Then megumi takes back control and executes yuji and killing both of them. Then megumi would start the merger and somehow get rid of all the cursed energy from the world using maho’s adaptation. It’s the most realistic ending I could see.
at 17:06 the reason is explained during this chapter, He didnt view Yuji as a dangerous thus didnt think the risk was needed. he explained that he didnt need to take the same risk as gojo did in this fight. He believed he could avoid getting hit till his CT returns naturally. Remember RTCing your CT is not so simple. you have to destroy your brain which could lead to death or heavily damager your ability to recover your CT like in the case of Gojo.
One thing to note is it was mentioned that Sukuna regained his arms and stomach mouth. I don't feel like there was a reason to mention that if he was going to die as Yujikuna in this "vision". He wouldn't need to gain any of that back against anybody who's not Gojo. Juuuust saying.....

The fight appeared over. Here sukuna is still going at it and neither sukuna nor yuji appeared to be out of the fight in any way. We have literally no idea what yuji’s domain did/ is doing it could be anything. Jjk fans make up their own headcannon then get mad at gege when it doesn’t come true next chapter 😭
Gojo being reincarnated does not make sense in relation to Buddhism. The whole point of reaching enlightenment is to escape the reincarnation cycle, Gojo is the last person who should be reincarnated.
I personally feel like the train station is to mirror gojo & yuji has defeated sukuna. When we cut back to reality I feel like we’re going to see sukuna and megumi separated. Yuji hasn’t talked since he hit those black flashes it ain’t no words straight action so as soon as he popped his domain the sure hit effect (which I believe is similar to sukuna) soul dismantle immediately hit sukuna severing him from megumi and this is now going to lead into the merger
6:09 what if Yujis Domain expansion is Soul transfer. This would explain why Sakuna looks like Yuji. Sakuna is back in yujis body. Yuji needed to wait until Sakunas connection to megumi was weak enough to pull his soul transfer domain. 🤯
@dondahighhh12 I've listened to other RUclips rs and brainstormes that Yutas Jacob's Ladder was not as strong as the original weilders. I wonder if Yuji decided not to rely on megumi anymore. That's why he formed a domain specifically for soul transferring when the opponents tether is weak enough.
If this is the case I could see it tying into his soul punches and how he's able to directly target the barrier between souls, rather than a binding vow, it has something to do with the nature of his cursed energy (think like Hakari or Kashimo). He's been pulling Sukuna's soul closer to his own this entire time, and his domain with it's sure hit effect will guarantee this occurs.

Sukuna tanking Jacob’s Ladder didn’t feel like an ass pull to me either regardless of how frustrating it is. Angel’s first one was extremely effective because Sukuna just swapped hosts, was only at 15F, and Angel used the Maximum Output version of the attack. Yuta’s wasn’t as effective because his is a copy, it will never be strong as Angels. Angel’s recent one wasn’t at Maximum Output, Hana only has 1 arm, and Sukuna is at a full 20F.
Mahito saying “Itadori you are me, I am you” as well as the opening scene lets me know that Yuji will for sure have soul manipulation if not transfiguration.
I always assumed that post fight sequence in Shibuya, with Mahito running with the rabbits in the snow with Yuji's stalking him surrounded by wolves was Yuji's innate domain. Specially considering how that was the moment his role was fully realized in his mind, it would make sense he would then figure out how he sees himself in the Cycle of Curses.
Personally, I interpreted the use of the rocks to provide cover FROM the Jacob’s ladder, bouncing from underneath to try and take less damage, to then climb it
It is stated in the Manga that Yuta JL was more narrow and while it had the sure effect to hit once, it didn't have the ability to be channeled and it was stopped after the hit ended, and for JL to have an effect that is lethal it needs to be kept channeled like how Hana does it and how she used it both times, so Sukuna survived the first because he tricked Hana, the second because it was a shorter and more narrow version not because of some special feat, also remember that Sukuna at his lowest now so him tanking the third JL was just a necessity to push the story forward and i wish Gege did it in another way because it was poorly executed people could put so many holes on that plot, so many stuff could have helped Hana increase the output if they planned that at all to be the their last hope or something to save Megumi, it is for sure feels like an a** pull i mean they have a member in their squad that can increase the output of a CT XD so using the output excuse is just bad writing not to mention Hana should have for sure healed that arm back up by the help of her friend inside XD also a vow could have been involved to up the output, so to know if something is a** pull or not ask yourself, would people have complained if JL worked here given Sukuna condition and him puking fingers a chapter before? the answer is no then you know it is a forced choice made by the Author just to push the plot forward.
Both Gojo and Sukuna using techniques that are able to be used at long range to reinforce their "untouchable aspect" by forcing and pushing people away, while Yuji and Mahito have aspects to touch the "untouchable", Mahito with the soul and Yuji with the strongest sorcerors is really good visual story telling.
I like the idea of yuji’s domain being a giant soul nuke which kinda explain why he didn’t used it when people were around him. And that the train station is prob similar to the gojo airport scene and not his actual domain.

My Idea on Sukuna's Last Finger - When Sukuna will about to be blowing yuji off, Kugisaki will strike the nail that she uses, on the last finger of sukuna and just like the mahito vs yuji and nobara scene, where mahito gets spiked by nobara's attack, Sukuna will be Spiked the Similar Way. Not chapter 264 related but do you think cursed speech can always hit a heavenly restricted user like toji and makima that dont have any cursed energy to save them from hearing it
It’s possible it doesn’t affect them at all. Cursed speech doesn’t just affects things with ears it affects things with CE that’s why Hanamis flying branches were affected. Cursed speech has never affected a building or any object without CE so it’s very possible since HR users are immune to the effects.
Theory for next chapter: Yujis guarenteed hit effect transfers sukunas soul into himself, and hes going to kill himself next chapter to bring sukuna down with him. That would explain why theyre in a train station, maybe its similar to the airport as in the last place before death. It would also explain why sukuna is in yuji form. The reason he didnt use domain expansion earlier is because he didnt want to drag anyone else into whatever soul process his domain does. Todo and hana were flung far away last chapter so now would be the only time he could use it. Edit: yuji also goes from heavily injured to a healthy appearance AND his hand returned to normal, which supports that this is his soul not his physical body

Yo, couple things: 1. I really recommend you read Chainsaw Man after you catch up on One Piece. I assume all the ear memes going around in the community were pretty confusing for you since you haven't read it. 2. Alright this is kinda long, but bear with me. For the most part, you seem to defend Gege's writing of this past arc. But it kinda seems to me like you actually agree with the criticisms and you're just not pissed about it. The biggest problem people have with this arc is the predictability. Y'know, the "Sukuna cycle". No matter what pointless cliffhanger Gege ends the chapter with, we know that Sukuna's gonna be just fine afterwards. And you do too, cause whenever a chapter comes out hyping up Hana, Yuta, Maki or whoever, you always say "I don't actually think this will do much to Sukuna". You aren't pissed at the lack of payoff, because you accept that there simply won't be much of it. You haven't experienced any actual tension these past 30 chapters. But unlike the rest of us, you seem to just be fine with that. And I wanna see how far your positivity goes. I assume you'd say that you're "fine" with chapter 236. But I know that, like the rest of us, you aren't actually satisfied with it. Because you genuinely expect Gojo to come back. You're expecting a follow-up on that chapter, you're thinking "let Gege cook". But what if Gege never cooks? What if Gojo just doesn't come back in any way, shape or form? Will you finally succumb and say that Gege dropped the ball? Or will you just say "well this is fine too" after 10 months of non-stop coping, non-stop hope and faith?

I hope that Yuji's domain is called 'A good death' or 'a proper death' I think if the train is actually part of the domain and not a death scene like the airport. Then its maybe Yuji's way of showing the target all the things theyce done and possibly being visited by all the people that Sukuna showed 'love' to by killing them in battle and acknolwedging their strength. And it wnds with Yuji saying something like 'Be proud Sukuna, you were the strongest' andthen fading away Thats the only kind of love that Sukuna has understood
I'm curious, are you still on board with your latest Gojo's coming back theory(the one u had right before 264). Although none of that happened, and the focus was on Yuji and his DE, do you still believe Gojo's soul could (maybe) return? Maybe Gege wants it to be "off screen" and we'll get that revieled in the future chapters?
i was initially thinking maybe his domain is a non hostile one like hugurumas with rules and conditions however its not going to be that because of how the domain was set up. this domain isn't like gojo or sukuna or anyone else who is trying to finish off a fight. this is a desperate measure by yuji because since sukuna healed himself yuji cant hit him. look at the chapters leading up to this, yuji by himself prob couldn't hit sukuna but he had people to help him tag team. now its a 1v1 until yuta gets up. sukuna is actively avoiding blow and hitting yuji down which then pushes yuji to the brink. his depseration to hit sukuna. then the narrator specifically speaking about sure hits and barriers. this domain is yujis desperate attempt to land soul damage on sukuna because there is no other way he could. i think his domain will allow him the ability to hit the soul or manipulate it just like Mahito. its a perfect way to call back a very important character than helped him grow through struggle. Mahito was almost as bad as Sukuna in terms of mental suffering for yuji. it will allow them to play back the notion of "I am You". normally sukuna should be able to use hollow wicker basket however I think the sure hit will be similar to gojos where wicker basket wont work. it likely will be a one tap move although I'm sure a healed sukuna can tank this. YUji needs to do major damage here because soon sukuna will recover his domain and he likely has healed his brain so he can open his original domain that doesn't have restrictions. yuji wont have the refinement to match MS. Maybe manipulation of sukunas soul leads to false memories or implanted memories which is what we are seeing. another version could be that this is yujis innate domain si milar to when they first fought in sukunas innate domain in like episode 2 or something. i am kind of hyped for this but a lot of this seems like ass pull to me

Maybe the train station could have been the after life for sukuna, but instead of gojo's where he is surrounded by people he cares about (forget toji), sukuna's could be place where he is surrounded by people who he hates or actions in his past that haunt him/people of the past that haunt him while he is in the form that he hates the most (being juukuna).

I bet the technique Yuji imbues in his domain has a sure hit that targets the soul instead of cursed energy/inanimate objects like other domains. He could probably target people like Maki and Toji with his domain much like Sukuna.
Also, its possible that Yuji's sure hit effect could be non-lethal to explain how Sukuna couldn't react to Yuji's domain expansion. We know from Higuruma and Hakari's domain that a domain with a non-lethal sure hit effect activates more quickly than ones with lethal sure hits. Although I'm not exactly sure how Blood Manipulation or Shrine sure hits could be non-lethal.

Personally, I think Yuji obtained the ability to DE following the switch training with Yuta. Since he learned the barrier techniques with Kusakabe and then did switch training with Yuta to get RCT, I find it hard to imagine he wouldn't also use that opportunity to try DE at least once. There just wasn't a good time to use it until now because he was trying to save Megumi, a blood manipulation DE probably wouldn't be enough to kill Sukuna, he was fighting with allies or inside another DE, etc.

My initial thought when seeing the panel was that Sakuna is dead and the Yuji at the train station is Sakuna's twin that he ate ages ago, but a grown up version. But then it it also makes sense that its not and Yuji is the one to teach Sakuna love via some sort of soul resonance like everyone is saying. Whichever way it goes I'll be happy with it. Yuji using the soul cutting dismantles then dropping the domain expansion was 100% satisfying. I was shocked when Gojo got off screened but this kind of evens it all out.
Sukuna already knows about and understands love. He literally explained this to Kashimo, it’s the fact that he does understand and know about love that he can say “fuck love” and abandon it. He realized early on that love for one’s self would drive them farther than love for others. That’s why he told Jogo that curses and humans flocking together causes them to compare themselves to others which then leads to weakness and stunts their growth. He feels that if ppl were to act on their selfish desires, they’d then be more naturally driven to get stronger and achieve the things they desire. Instead of relying on other to help you get their or help you get what you want, use your own strength to take what you want, that’s what Sukuna believes. He lives for himself, anything he wants, he’ll go out and get. Anything he wants to kill, he kills. Whatever he wants to play with until he’s bored, he plays with. This is why he said Yorozu was so annoying, cuz she kept preaching about love as if Sukuna didnt already understand it, she didn’t realize that’s it was because he did that he acts the way he does. He was never born into love, he ate his brother in the womb and was unwanted, hate, and feared his whole life. He knew what love was, but since the only love he received was from his opponents, he has no reason to cherish the love of others, so he cherishes his love for himself instead.

For the “why now” question about Yuji’s Domain. I’m sorry and with all due respect, it’s a really dumb question:
Megumi unlocked his DE (although he couldn’t fully manifest it or something along that line…), and that was against the Finger Bearer. Megumi saw a possible/future version of himself that was stronger than he was atm due to Gojo’s advice and just said FUCK IT.
Gaining access to Shadow Chimera Garden.
Just in the same vain as he needed something to overpower the Finger Bearer. With his current strength being insufficient.
Yuji needed to hit Sukuna with his attacks but couldn’t, and remembering Gojo’s speech about DE. Coupled with his awakening, Black Flashes, Kusakabe Coalition training arc.
Something just clicked and he unlocked his DE.
This is not Asspull or weirdly convenient. It’s consistent and good writing.
This goes to show you how amazing gojo was tho. He seem to call out everything with his info dumps in the story sometimes. The way all the teachers kinda explain the battle system to us in reality gojo showed how to break the whole fold of things. Him and sukuna pushed the limits beyond…. I have a theory that the inverted spear of heaven is a broken piece of hiten(sukuna’s weapon). I think this because i find it weird that they call it a spear if its a knife and also it seems to be missing half of its blade which implies that it was a trident just like hiten. If it is hiten, then i see sukuna beating gojo without mahoraga if he had his full kit.

In the latest arc of HxH, Kite, the white-haired teacher of the protagonist, was reborn after being murdered by the Chimera Ants. ik this is a small detail nitpicking an otherwise good comment drawing smart comparisons, but Chimera ants/election arc isn't the "latest arc" of HxH. It's just the last arcs to get animated. Since then, the manga has gone so much farther and gotten a lot of cooler, but the hiatuses are killer. A little hint to encourage people to go check them out is Hisoka vs Chrollo and they go to the dark continent.
Any theories on yuji’s new arms we still haven’t had a proper explanation of them and you’d think it would have been revealed along with blood manipulation if it was also a result of him eating the cursed wombs but we got no details.
17:00 Sukuna literally refers to this exact thing by saying "I don't need to pull any risky moves like Gojo". Basically, he just really didn't think he needed his domain expansion for Yuji, and was just gonna wait until he got his technique back.
I really dont think its like the airport scene because there would be no reason for Sukuna to be back in his YujiKuna appearance if that were the case.
Im still pretty confident its Yuji's domain and his domain is simply another power he stole from Sukuna.... in this case its based on that soul dimension that Sukuna was able to take Yuji, (when he made that bet with Yuji and then washed him, and Mahito (when he was fighting Yuji and Sukuna threatened Mahito) to.
It would thematically make sense for them to have a fight in a place like that now that Yuji has proven he can effect souls. The subway makes sense because Shibuya terminal is where Yuji truly broke down and chose to discard his humanity to "destroy monsters", and Sukuna having the YujiKuna appearance again would fit because he has reconnected his soul to Sukuna's.
Also there is something that i think a lot of people are overlooking, in the last pannel it says something along the lines of "clash in an unknown domain" so that means that whatever is happening is Yuji's domain. Unless gege is trolling
I think that space that Yuji and Sukuna "fought" the first time was Sukuna's innate domain.
The only thing I disliked about the whole Jacob's Ladder scenario was how expected it was for it to not necessarily work, or eradicate Sukuna I guess. I was expecting it to have a more visible effect on him than what it ended up seeming to have. I did love though that he literally climbed up it, if he was going to get through it, climbing up it is some peak shit.
Some "down" chapters exploring memories would be a nice change of pace after the constant fighting.

I have a theory on the train station. So basically, I think Sukuna is dead, and Yuji, the bodhisattva of hell beings is there to prevent him from feeling alone in his final moments. It's kinda like sukuna glazing people who he beats. Where Sukuna doesn't let people die feeling weak, Yuji doesn't let people die feeling alone.
Also, do you think the memory thing is possible with Sukuna since, like Choso, he has a connection to Yuji.

1. Why does Sukana require a living host to be able to inhabit their body whereas Kenjaku can do it with a dead host? Is the only difference here Kenjakus CT? I don't see a reason why Sukana wouldn't be able to revive within a dead body given that it has been fed the fingers.
2. When Yuta ordered Rika to consume Kenjaku, would Rika also have access to Geto's CT? making him have access to the abilities of all cursed spirits that Geto and Kenjaku had absorbed, such as Mahito?

Hakari coming in at the very last second to steal Yuji's kill. But I think it's a trap. I think Yuji, Yuta, and Todo just set up a Domain Expansion that is powered by Yuta's refined barrier, Todo's swap technique, and Yuji's own Cursed Energy. But they are going to swap Sukuna in one Domain Expansion to another, by using Yuji as a "stand in" when Sukuna is swapped. Since they have the same Cursed Energy, they are almost completely similar in terms of Cursed Energy. So while Sukuna is being forced to just trying to not take damage, Todo is also swapping MAKI, Yuji, Yuta, Everytime he's swapped to a new domain.

Aoi Todo is built completely different from other sorcerer's and is a literal TANK. The Sukuna jump on air is weird because in the Yorozu fight he was able to jump straight up in the air and basically stay there to drop the elephant he didn’t need to jump side to side or anything.
Im banking on Sukuna got the Gojo treatment. People been assuming if he is ripped out of Megumi's body he just become cursed objects again but I dont think thats the case.

Guy called Allons-Y cooked with a really good theory you should check it out. He said that the train station scene is after yuji and sukuna dies and we won’t see it for a few chapters. And yuji used his domain to make sukuna puke the fingers and he eats those himself. Then megumi takes back control and executes yuji and killing both of them. Then megumi would start the merger and somehow get rid of all the cursed energy from the world using maho’s adaptation. It’s the most realistic ending I could see.
at 17:06 the reason is explained during this chapter, He didnt view Yuji as a dangerous thus didnt think the risk was needed. he explained that he didnt need to take the same risk as gojo did in this fight. He believed he could avoid getting hit till his CT returns naturally. Remember RTCing your CT is not so simple. you have to destroy your brain which could lead to death or heavily damager your ability to recover your CT like in the case of Gojo.
One thing to note is it was mentioned that Sukuna regained his arms and stomach mouth. I don't feel like there was a reason to mention that if he was going to die as Yujikuna in this "vision".
He wouldn't need to gain any of that back against anybody who's not Gojo. Juuuust saying.....

He could have restored his CT faster with the Gojo method. He could have clashed domains but underestimated Yuji by thinking the boy simply couldn't tag him with the CT in a 1v1. It's the same as the Gojo ending, he died before he could think. Yuji did a move he developed mid-fight and ended it.

Gojo being reincarnated does not make sense in relation to Buddhism.
The whole point of reaching enlightenment is to escape the reincarnation cycle, Gojo is the last person who should be reincarnated.

I personally feel like the train station is to mirror gojo & yuji has defeated sukuna. When we cut back to reality I feel like we’re going to see sukuna and megumi separated. Yuji hasn’t talked since he hit those black flashes it ain’t no words straight action so as soon as he popped his domain the sure hit effect (which I believe is similar to sukuna) soul dismantle immediately hit sukuna severing him from megumi and this is now going to lead into the merger

@dondahighhh12 I've listened to other RUclips rs and brainstormes that Yutas Jacob's Ladder was not as strong as the original weilders. I wonder if Yuji decided not to rely on megumi anymore. That's why he formed a domain specifically for soul transferring when the opponents tether is weak enough.

Sukuna tanking Jacob’s Ladder didn’t feel like an ass pull to me either regardless of how frustrating it is. Angel’s first one was extremely effective because Sukuna just swapped hosts, was only at 15F, and Angel used the Maximum Output version of the attack. Yuta’s wasn’t as effective because his is a copy, it will never be strong as Angels. Angel’s recent one wasn’t at Maximum Output, Hana only has 1 arm, and Sukuna is at a full 20F.
Personally, as long as I find it funny I don't mind it. Sukuna climbing the Jacobs ladder like a literal ladder was hilarious.

Mahito saying “Itadori you are me, I am you” as well as the opening scene lets me know that Yuji will for sure have soul manipulation if not transfiguration.
I always assumed that post fight sequence in Shibuya, with Mahito running with the rabbits in the snow with Yuji's stalking him surrounded by wolves was Yuji's innate domain.
Specially considering how that was the moment his role was fully realized in his mind, it would make sense he would then figure out how he sees himself in the Cycle of Curses.

Personally, I interpreted the use of the rocks to provide cover FROM the Jacob’s ladder, bouncing from underneath to try and take less damage, to then climb it
It is stated in the Manga that Yuta JL was more narrow and while it had the sure effect to hit once, it didn't have the ability to be channeled and it was stopped after the hit ended, and for JL to have an effect that is lethal it needs to be kept channeled like how Hana does it and how she used it both times, so Sukuna survived the first because he tricked Hana, the second because it was a shorter and more narrow version not because of some special feat, also remember that Sukuna at his lowest now so him tanking the third JL was just a necessity to push the story forward and i wish Gege did it in another way because it was poorly executed people could put so many holes on that plot, so many stuff could have helped Hana increase the output if they planned that at all to be the their last hope or something to save Megumi, it is for sure feels like an a** pull i mean they have a member in their squad that can increase the output of a CT XD so using the output excuse is just bad writing not to mention Hana should have for sure healed that arm back up by the help of her friend inside XD also a vow could have been involved to up the output, so to know if something is a** pull or not ask yourself, would people have complained if JL worked here given Sukuna condition and him puking fingers a chapter before? the answer is no then you know it is a forced choice made by the Author just to push the plot forward.
Both Gojo and Sukuna using techniques that are able to be used at long range to reinforce their "untouchable aspect" by forcing and pushing people away, while Yuji and Mahito have aspects to touch the "untouchable", Mahito with the soul and Yuji with the strongest sorcerors is really good visual story telling.
I like the idea of yuji’s domain being a giant soul nuke which kinda explain why he didn’t used it when people were around him. And that the train station is prob similar to the gojo airport scene and not his actual domain.

It’s possible it doesn’t affect them at all. Cursed speech doesn’t just affects things with ears it affects things with CE that’s why Hanamis flying branches were affected. Cursed speech has never affected a building or any object without CE so it’s very possible since HR users are immune to the effects.

It would also explain why sukuna is in yuji form. The reason he didnt use domain expansion earlier is because he didnt want to drag anyone else into whatever soul process his domain does. Todo and hana were flung far away last chapter so now would be the only time he could use it.
Edit: yuji also goes from heavily injured to a healthy appearance AND his hand returned to normal, which supports that this is his soul not his physical body

Yo, couple things:
1. I really recommend you read Chainsaw Man after you catch up on One Piece. I assume all the ear memes going around in the community were pretty confusing for you since you haven't read it.
2. Alright this is kinda long, but bear with me. For the most part, you seem to defend Gege's writing of this past arc. But it kinda seems to me like you actually agree with the criticisms and you're just not pissed about it. The biggest problem people have with this arc is the predictability. Y'know, the "Sukuna cycle". No matter what pointless cliffhanger Gege ends the chapter with, we know that Sukuna's gonna be just fine afterwards. And you do too, cause whenever a chapter comes out hyping up Hana, Yuta, Maki or whoever, you always say "I don't actually think this will do much to Sukuna". You aren't pissed at the lack of payoff, because you accept that there simply won't be much of it. You haven't experienced any actual tension these past 30 chapters. But unlike the rest of us, you seem to just be fine with that.
And I wanna see how far your positivity goes. I assume you'd say that you're "fine" with chapter 236. But I know that, like the rest of us, you aren't actually satisfied with it. Because you genuinely expect Gojo to come back. You're expecting a follow-up on that chapter, you're thinking "let Gege cook". But what if Gege never cooks? What if Gojo just doesn't come back in any way, shape or form? Will you finally succumb and say that Gege dropped the ball? Or will you just say "well this is fine too" after 10 months of non-stop coping, non-stop hope and faith?

I think if the train is actually part of the domain and not a death scene like the airport. Then its maybe Yuji's way of showing the target all the things theyce done and possibly being visited by all the people that Sukuna showed 'love' to by killing them in battle and acknolwedging their strength. And it wnds with Yuji saying something like 'Be proud Sukuna, you were the strongest' andthen fading away

Although none of that happened, and the focus was on Yuji and his DE, do you still believe Gojo's soul could (maybe) return? Maybe Gege wants it to be "off screen" and we'll get that revieled in the future chapters?

i was initially thinking maybe his domain is a non hostile one like hugurumas with rules and conditions however its not going to be that because of how the domain was set up. this domain isn't like gojo or sukuna or anyone else who is trying to finish off a fight. this is a desperate measure by yuji because since sukuna healed himself yuji cant hit him. look at the chapters leading up to this, yuji by himself prob couldn't hit sukuna but he had people to help him tag team. now its a 1v1 until yuta gets up. sukuna is actively avoiding blow and hitting yuji down which then pushes yuji to the brink. his depseration to hit sukuna. then the narrator specifically speaking about sure hits and barriers. this domain is yujis desperate attempt to land soul damage on sukuna because there is no other way he could. i think his domain will allow him the ability to hit the soul or manipulate it just like Mahito. its a perfect way to call back a very important character than helped him grow through struggle. Mahito was almost as bad as Sukuna in terms of mental suffering for yuji. it will allow them to play back the notion of "I am You". normally sukuna should be able to use hollow wicker basket however I think the sure hit will be similar to gojos where wicker basket wont work. it likely will be a one tap move although I'm sure a healed sukuna can tank this. YUji needs to do major damage here because soon sukuna will recover his domain and he likely has healed his brain so he can open his original domain that doesn't have restrictions. yuji wont have the refinement to match MS. Maybe manipulation of sukunas soul leads to false memories or implanted memories which is what we are seeing. another version could be that this is yujis innate domain si milar to when they first fought in sukunas innate domain in like episode 2 or something. i am kind of hyped for this but a lot of this seems like ass pull to me

Maybe the train station could have been the after life for sukuna, but instead of gojo's where he is surrounded by people he cares about (forget toji), sukuna's could be place where he is surrounded by people who he hates or actions in his past that haunt him/people of the past that haunt him while he is in the form that he hates the most (being juukuna).
