  • Instructions on how to clean any water bottle, especially those that have developed a mold. This really is the best way to get rid of mold and other grime. The only materials I use are vinegar and baking soda.

I know this sounds a bit strange BUT hear me out.
If you have one of those bottles where you cant get a brush into it, try adding raw rice and a tiny bit of water to the bottle and then shake/swirl it about. It removes the mould from the surface.
I soaked the bottle for a few minutes, drained it, added the rice and shook it about, drained out the rice and the water, then I followed this video and now my bottle is like brand new 💜
Thank you for this video! :)

Great video, btw I didn't have a bottle brush so I added a few tablespoons of rock salt to your vinegar/baking soda mix, until I had a good salt slushie, then a 2 minute cha cha cha, and that provided all the abrasion needed to clean clean the inside.

Soap clumps when mixed with an acid like vinegar/lemon juice. And baking soda just neutralizes your acid. So you just cleaned with basically soapy water.

Over time vinegar will break down the silicone seals, so you don't want to expose them for too long and make sure you rinse them thoroughly when done. If you replaced the seals and they still leak I'm not entirely sure what could be causing that, I would check to see if there are any dings or warps maybe
