OK update here . I have been listening to this every night now for a month and I have noticed huge changes, its hard to explain but its like I know what's going to happen before it happens or I'll predict something before it is and end it comes it is right . its weird but very true this has opened so many doors for me in my life. My dreams are more vivid I sleep great and wake up energetic . I just wanted to say thank you very much for this video from the bottom of my heart I really appreciate itm.

🙏🙏🤯😚 Oh my, Rasa... I'm so grateful for EXPERIENCING this!!! I would take up an entire page just telling you and your listeners what JUST HAPPENED! I saw Gaia's CORE, I created WITH Her and I saw the color "Indigo" for the FIRST TIME in any meditation! I "warped" to "Source" and was taken into His arms (like a little indigo colored kid)... I have never WEPT and LAUGHED and cried and giggled at the same time... The feeling was surreal but at the same time very very very much familiar, like coming home. My heart and my shoulders ached probably from releasing the "pain body" or something... I'm so amazed and grateful... After getting past your voice's familiar sweetness (like my separated TF's voice) I was swept into a GREATER NEED of Creation and Source... Thank you so very much for what you do! My thirth eye was opened at Es Vedra.. This meditation is an amazing experience, it all tinkled..
It felt like coming home, me as a Virgo Sun, Moon, Rising and South Node, but also as being a Star-Seed..
The connection is whole now and I'll practice every day..

Thank you for this meditation. I had some lovely, exciting experiences today. First, my whole body vibrated a little - enough for me to notice and then 3 times I shivered/shuddered but I wasnt cold. I assume they were acknowledgements that my Chakras were being aligned. Thank you again. I will be trying this again. Namaste

I tried this a few times now and the vibrations are more intense than the first time. It was like a volcano erupting. Unfortunatley, my third eye is still not open but I think I am well on the way to doing so. Your voice is so calming. Thank you Rasa :) Namaste.

Wow. This was an amazing meditation for me. I want to share my experience.
It took me a while to settle in because of neck and shoulder pain, but I either fell asleep or became unconscious (I was sitting up) and woke, finding myself leaning almost tipping over . Then I felt pain, almost intense enough to make me want to stop, in my third eye, following my head bobbing when the energy cord went into the universe. My head started bowed and ended looking almost straight up. There were a couple of times where I felt scared for some reason, I think it was the power I was experiencing
I don't know what happened but by the end I felt (still feel) amazing, so thank you :)

Still working on balancing my chakras and increasing my intuition. The hardest thing for me is to open the root chakra. I can feel the energy moving through the body, but the root chakra is weak. Also, the energy stops at the throat chakra. I would be grateful for any advice.
I felt the energy all over my body I also felt the top of my head hurting like a rock being there or something just to the right.

Thank you. I saw different shades of purple and blue come and go in clouds. Then the clouds got very light in color. My crown tingled and the third eye area also.

Thank you, Rasa! You are a great teacher, like life itself. I see this full awareness of life as the unity between the chakras we explore in this meditation. When they all activate, there is a sense of being the same as the divine star and the intuitive core of the Earth. There is the sense of connection to everything, all of us made of the same matter and energy that formed the universe in the first place, every living thing and every non-living thing.

Nothing, nothing until today. Now I know then befoere wasn't even tine bit of today experince. Wow I've been there cee those colours ,shapes and sensations within me. Wow amazing and on the end I've cee my chacras vortexes when energy from my 3 eye and solar plexus going to and balancing other chakras.

Thank you so much. I felt it. I just noticed thru this meditation that I'm a bit ahead of the thoughts being asked me to do in this video. The colors were a bit different, the chords were shaped like a spear. When I released my own energy to the world, it went all thru the universe, it was a bit indigo but mostly gray and black with light streaks, purple showed up thereafter. I felt tingling coldness releasing out of my body. Thank you for unlocking my potential. This is my first time meditating. I did this because I've been seeing 11:11 and 1:11 a lot. I wanted to explore more. Again, thank you.

Omg this was amazing 10/10 it was so weird, when i got like 20 or 30 minutes into the video when both of the lines were connected one to the earths core and one out in space or whatever my head was bobbing back and fourth and from when that happend my left arm kept jerking and jerking it felt so bizzare thank you for this.
SAME and also i was like numb but I wasn't at the same time??? i jerked throughout the video but I still felt numb. i also felt myself vibrating, it was truly amazing! I've only ever some what successfully meditated the first time I tried it and from then on I never could. this video is the only video that has ever made me truly meditate and not just sit there, listen and get distracted by my own thoughts.

I Just Did This Meditation, And I Have To Say This: When I Was Done I Got Up Feeling Dizzy A Little While My Head Hurting As Well. I Had A Little Trouble Keeping My Eyes Up While Doing This, But I Know I Was Doing This Right Since My Head Was Hurting. Anyways After Doing This I Wonder How Long Will It Be Before I Actually See My Third Eye After The First Time Doing This? I Did This Only One Time 4 Years Ago When I First Started. After That I Didn't Know Your Third Eye Can Be Blocked. This Really Helped. Like Your Meditations. Thank You

My God I have never manged to contact my chakras like that before that was amazing I have been practicing this for a while and came across your channel today I can't put into words what I have just exspirence I am going to a retreat next week for a 5 day ceremony and have been on a vegetarian diet and been drinking water and lemon. My first time i saw stars too. I got scared but tried relaxing i then was squinting so hard from disbelief i ended opening my eyes, crying and got a migraine.
