  • This hypnosis for stress relief utilises the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy CBT to help you relax and destress. The hypnotic suggestions are designed to calm you, relax you and help you destress. Listening at night time may also help you sleep.

    I did CBT a few years ago but not with hypnosis. Not living to my full potential as money anxiety is making my life Hell. This first listening has been really good for me and I will be doing it regularly to see if my financial fears diminish. Thank you.

    What if having anxiety gives you anxiety? I spent so much time looking for ways to ease the anxiety and its becoming an obsession. How do i stop having anxiety about having anxiety ? Its a never ending loop. The hard part is i have physical symptoms. Tingling chest and arms, trembling legs and others. Please help!

      Dont worry I have a worst symptoms i rater not tell , btw please don't worry I just have a quick tips which will cure your anxiety it's finda childish and we look like a foolish but just do the things which gives you anxiety let me know more about it ❤

      Anxiety is not an illness. It is a state which passes with time . Don't worry. Anxiety levels always come down and it is never remains high for days or weeks .
      Edit : Keep yourself reminding one mantra : *This too Shall Pass* .
