It's OK, we all have times of extreme stress when we are just drained of our energy & playfulness & we even forget about self care. I get these quite a lot, even though I catch myself now & try & not give outer circumstances power but they still can be a little too much. The storms shall pass and it will feel even sweeter to be back into your happy place 💖

Thanks for the info, Bee. I noticed my foot hooping on the right foot is pretty good and the hoop stays straight. But on the left it tilts at an angle and feels weaker. I know I have to work that side a little more and keep practicing 🙂 Happy hooping to everyone! 💚💚💚
Excellent 👌 this is exactly it, spend more time on the "iffy" moves, if dodgy, messy, weird: just needs more love and more repetitions 💖 our body just takes a little time and it can fix all issues on its own if given the opportunity 💖 the more opportunity, the better 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 have fun, gorgeous 😚💋💖
