    I tried today for the first time and after about two hours and eventually hurting my knees I accomplished it once and then failed the rest. But I’m really glad and surprised that I still did it on the first day. Thankyou for this lesson, it was very helpful

    Thank you for breaking down the steps so beautifully! Put on some thick, wool ankle-warmers and tried several times, already feel the bruises forming! Ah, this one will take a while!

    The most exciting breakthrough ever! I used an ankle brace for drilling and it was over a year before I got the timing right. As you said, be forgiving and patient with yourself! Great tutorial!

    I have the hoopnotica hula hoop (the one that comes with the quad pack) can't remember the weight. , can I try all these kinda tricks with that?

    • @DeanneLove
      @DeanneLove  7 лет назад

      You might find it too heavy for knee hooping! Please take good care of yourself. If it hurts too much try a lighter hoop if possible.

    I tried this and immediately got a hang of the opposite sideways swing and could lift my other leg. But I am not able to bring the other leg inside the ring and end up hooping with one leg hoping. This is just one day and I am sure I can do it if I keep practicing
