Because even people in their 20s often don’t want to try hooping saying it’s too hard and you have to be some sort of childhood gymnast to be able to do it… but the beauty of hooping is that we can start off extremely gentle and play our way through the basics and we gradually get fitter 💪🏽💖 so so happy you’re feeling good & receiving compliments & keeping active 🫶🏼💪🏽💖 keep shining bright, you absolute superstar ✨✨✨✨✨
Just looked where Maryland is because I had no clue! Never been to the USA but wow! you are on the nearer side to us! I am in Latvia at the moment, keeping busy embarrassing my daughter 🤣 I hope now you are absolutely pumped, ready to hoop daily and earn the amazing benefits and good feelings that hooping can help you experience 💗 here in Latvia the days are getting shorter and shorter - we get very short days in the winter and it can feel a little depressing... but if you turn on some colourful happy lights, it turns every evening into a party! a celebration of looking after ourselves! happy hooping 💗
Watching from the USA Las Vegas NV. I'm going to try the 5 techniques. I just started hula hooping again so I'm very slow. Have only done one of your five techniques and I have to work on that because I did most of hula hooping as a child. I will purchase a smaller hula hoop to help with my strength and techniques. Lastly I'm glad that I found your channel, you are awesome with the hoop. .
You can do it! never worry about all 5 in one go! It took me weeks to learn them all, too! but while you keep trying you get super fit! and you will notice lots and lots of changes in your body! and after watching this video you will see why you're feeling so fantastic in your skin! Through learning and playing and experimenting: you can make the rest of your life the best of your life! sending lots of love all the way to the USA to you 🫶
Whoop whoop ✨🎉🤘 Norway is probably even colder and darker than we are here in Latvia 🇱🇻 that is the best ever reason to turn on some fun fairy lights and get your daily dose of glow and party 🥳 I’ve lived here for 6 years now… and it was so strange after living for so long in the South of the UK to have such cold weather and so much snow and darkness for so long… but I decided that it gives excellent excuse to turn on some LED strips & play happy music and dance happily at home 🤪🤣 I hope you’re claiming lots of joyful movement and quality self-care time & feeling excited about all the amazing things you can achieve & experience 💖💖🫶🏼 sending you lots of love 🫶🏼💋
