I was so disappointed I missed it live. Carl is the MAN! I started with an RB10, upgraded it to the RB15. Every question I've had he answered withing an hour or 2, even in Facebook messenger! Keep up the fantastic work and the AMAZING Customer service!

Why is your main line so high? Less zig zags is best.

It is realy not a mistake , here in Quebec , pretty comon putting 20 and over tap per line , no problem there and no loss of sap , bit really important to get gravity on your line all way up to the end just like your main

I took over a sugarwoods a few years back, first thing we was got rid of all the 2 taps on one tree. Even though the trees were big, they were quickly running out of good wood. In 5 seasons you'll have 10 holes with 2 taps.

You're running into the same problem that a lot of us run into when we first get into Maple production. The knowledge that's available tends to be very tribal. A lot of people have their ways of doing things but it's not always the best way. And to get truly good information is very difficult! I've had to consult some resources outside of the maple community in order to get some good technical guidance on some things.

3/16 gravity tubing recommended 25 taps per lateral.

Just trying to help you out, but university of Vermont has proven on vacuum you should only have one tap per tree.

Yeah that was terrible advice, 4 to 5 taps per lateral line has been known for a while now
