I'd say for the price it's a killer deal. Love the detailed comparison with a lot of speaking back and forth switching between the mics! Sure really needs to price their stuff more competitively imho.
comparing to the SM7B is because most people think of the SM7B when it comes to streaming, podcasting, content creation - and they want to know if the Wave DX will have a good sound compared to the SM7B. Its not about trying to copy the sound.
