    Forearm strikes are underrated

Right and they’re more effective like if you hit someone on the side of the neck with a forearm they’ll be knocked out easier

This is one of the most effective strikes there is,, I use this strike with my hand open ,,but chi’- in my arm from finger tip to shoulder ,, I keep my wrist and elbow slightly bent,, This is like hitting the opponent with a bar of steel, this strike is leathal,, and pro wrestling schools teach to avoid useing it ,, when they throw the clothesline,, this strike is hard for the opponent to block ,,parry or evade ,,since it is a large WEOPON and can hit several vital spots at once ,,it is fundamentally a ,,DIM MAK ,,STRIKE,, I AM A 5th Dan in Tai Jutsu,,and a Master Instructor in m,JKD/FM

      No such thing as chi

dodoggx chi means energy,, and yes ,there is such a thing ,, the terminology refers to putting tension in your arm(in this case) yet being able to move the arm quickly,,, thus ,,,CHI UP , your arm

@@clarencenorem9337 OK so no magical energy bullshit, but just tensing up your arm

dodoggx yes sir ,,the term chi,,,or ki,, just means energy flow,, or,, putting tension in a part of your body and still being able to move it,, a 100% chi technique ,,or 100% ki , technique is to for example ,, be able to throw a man without grabbing him,, say a man grabs you by the neck from behind and you just simple bend over quickly and he falls over your shoulder in front of you,, ,,,, it’s all just terminologies to help describe a technique,, all the magical stuff is nonsense and I have know eydea how it got so infused into martial arts,, but it is very distracting dodoggx,,as you will agree

@@clarencenorem9337 truly is, quite interesting to see how this terminology quickly morphed into a kind of cult following, the explanations are much appreciated my friend.
