Feels like an eternity even with quick sheath and its gotten me killed so many times. On the bright side his attacks are well telegraphed so its a great monster to practice guard points.
Around the time the Yamcha pose faded in, I was having trouble seeing the video through tears of laughter 😂 Epic run, dude. I'm pretty sure I was ugly crying the first time I fought this thing with Insect Glaive, and tbh my kinsect won for me. Not my proudest hunt😅 Went back and bullied it later with Lance though. I can't wait til the day you fight Risen Elder Dragons. Looking forward to the next video!

Congrats again for beating Prime Zeno! But you're not done yet, the quest " Hazard : Primordial pest" is almost the same thing but prime zeno hits harder than ever before. Ps: 5:26 As a GS user, Prime Zeno wasn't that hard. Took me 3 tries when i unlocked that quest. All I had to do was just to wait for a opening and dodge the attacks and deal damage. The Hazard was a pain though.
4:23 I spent a lot of time observing this move, and i realised that Malzeno wasn't shooting out an energy beam, he was dispelling the qurio away from him. He blasted away the qurio with so much force they became UNBLOCKABLE projectiles.
i find it funny that after witnessing malzeno either teleport dodge or out right wombo combo him into, oblivion tree keep trying to saed malzeno only to imediatly get hit

@@luxokami-un3cf He's using impact phials, so they aren't affected by sharpness, but everything else is. And he keeps bouncing. He could upgrade to the gaismagorm to keep impact and have massive purple.
Side note the reason why the dog attacks the PriMal cause they attack when you swing your weapon. Think like a visual attack order and certain attacks give certain attack move orders
Yes, this guy's moves... You kinda have to learn how to I-frame a bunch of them. They are fast and wide enough that it's the best option, since if you don't have to outrange them, you can roll around next to PriMal and keep up damage. Also, I'll be real with ya Tree, your DPS is genuinely less than 20% of other CB users when they fight this thing. Dragon CB can hit for over 1000 per tick of SAED damage against him. It makes sense that you are timing out. This is a Fatalis situation where despite being at MR10, this thing is balanced with the Risen monsters, all the way at proper Endgame.
Turn off wall running during combat dummy. You RARELY need it, and if you do you can still wirebug where you need to go. Also, if you don’t have wirebugs available when you attempt to wirebug into a wall it will start a wallrun with the little hop the character does
For Highrank Blue is fine, but in G-Rank you want at least white because in G-Rank Monster parts are harder and you bounce of a lot with blue and if you use element weapons you really want purple sharpness because of how much it boosts your element damage.

This fight is basically the end game so not really a point to it. But you seem to be more of a cozy hunter than a meta one. So let me give ya the three secrets to an easier MH experience: White sharpness: blue is just not enough end game. Purple is too hard to maintain. Always try to get into white. And use your Whetfish fins as much as possible. They are easy to farm and sharpen your weapon in two strokes Free meal: specially broken in Rise/Sunbreak, have it at least lv1 for extra chances of not consuming max potions after eating them. If you can have it at full you basically have twice as many. Evade extender: Also buffed in R/SB Iv1 or lv2 is enough. At max you might overshot your dodges. It will make your rolls/sidesteps while unsheathed actually useful to close distances and evade attacks. If you get used to it you will start sheathing less and less (this why quick sheath is not that important) Evade window is not worth unless you go full into it. Extender is the better and cheaper version. This is advice for a casual player. Not meta at all. But it made my experience on this generation incredibly easier so I thought it would help 👍

I think Primordial Malzeno is probably the closest to an endgame level Frontier monster we’ve gotten so far, especially his 3rd form.
