I'm not sure if you will see this brother Sam. I've started watching your videos and truly learning about God. When I preach to the non belivers, I pray I'm making a difference. It always seems to end in them either mocking the lord or me no matter what I show them. Am I sowing a seed in these people? How do you continue to do it? I do have a question. Right now I'm reading a lot of the Bible from the NIV version.
I understand you prefer another version, but is there anything I can understand wrong fundamentally about the Bible if I read NIV comparing to the original Hebrew Bible? or comparing to other versions
When Jesus talked about the faith like mustard seen, and NIV translated it as the SIZE of a mustard seed. Jesus wasn't talking about the size of our faith, our faith can't be small like that. It has to be like how, even small the mustard seed is, it grows to be one of the biggest trees - let our faith be like that, keep growing and growing.
What bible should I get, because there are so many variants. I have the NLT version (HTB in Dutch)
