Thank you so much for sharing your health story. I too had an abnormal Pap smear last year, which ultimately caught early cervical cancer. I was able to have surgery right away and I am healthy today because I went in for that test (that NO ONE enjoys 😒). I am sure your story will save lives. ❤️
I really hope so because in all honesty it also isnt so comfortable and pleasant thing for me to share - but I did think it could help many so decided to share it. So happy to hear your story has a happy ending sending lots of love
Thank you both for sharing. I’ve been through this scenario twice in my life where bad cells were found but removed by laser the first time then again several years later by a cryogenic procedure. I’m so glad your results were fine Tamara. You’re so right, these tests on an annual basis are crucial to our health and wellbeing. Be well both of you.💕

Hi! I am an ObGyn doctor. you should get tested for HPV and do a colposcopy. there is no such thing as getting a bad Pap Smear because of stress. Pap Smears have an abnormal result such in ASC-US or ASC-H because of a vaginal infection, but mostly because of HPV.
I hope you are good and fine. You should take some Immunity enhancer supplements and do another Pap Smear in 6 months. All the best wishes in the world !

Si puedo, con mucho respeto hacerte una recomendación, te sugeriría pasar a conocer el "Living Hotel An der Oper", que como su nombre lo dice está a medio minuto de la Ópera de Viena y a un minuto de uno de los mercados de Navidad más bonitos y que ofrece artesanías y joyas hechas a mano que es "Art Adventmarkt am Karlsplatz". El hotel es como una galería de arte y está lleno de gobelinos gigantes originales y pinturas maravillosas. El lobby es increíble! Seguramente, tu horario será, como siempre, muy apretado, pero si tienes la oportunidad, pienso que no quedarías decepcionada.

Thanks for the vlog. There is an alternative test on urine instead of the intrusive Pap smear. It claims that 98% of accuracy. Maybe you can consult with your physicians for more details.

Tamara, I always love how real you are and this video is probably one of the most helpful and real of all. sharing something so personal but so very important for every single woman takes courage. Take care of your body, rest yourself, take lots of vitamin D, B complex and Folate. There is also a vitamin for the cervix called Deflagyn and will help strengthen and nourish the tissue. Your health is your wealth…don’t tax yourself.

We can not find art that touch us and that can become part of our home easily , (because visually art does not last long ) if only criteria is to fit our home. This is why buying art today is connecting us and our experiences with an artists ( understanding and connecting with artist and his story behind the art).

Also for your squeaky door, use oil on the hinges! It’s such a quick and easy fix. I often just use whatever oil I have in the kitchen, you only need a tiny bit. Hope that helps xx
