This could be a critical piece of evidence, for example I have told my VA healthcare provider for the past 3 yrs about numbness in my feet which affects my balance, nada, zip, zero documented, so I went to an outside doctor to get that in my medical file. Hopefully, this additional evidence will help me win my case.
