      If you're thinking about protecting land rights in the private,
      Google: Ron Gibson,
      a constitutional lawyer with great knowledge in how to receive land patents, meaning lord, sole owner.
      Know the difference between US citizens versus US Nationals, sometimes called American state Nationals or state Nationals.
      The greatest right in the US CONSTITUTION, ARTICLE 1, section 10: no States may enter into ...;
      (6th Clause) make any bill of attainder ...,
      (2nd subject) "or law impairing the obligation of contract, ...
      Contracts done in deceit can be *repudiated* and made *null&void*.
      Everything we sign is a contract and no State can *impair the °legal° definitions* with in it, know the legal definitions & be as wise as the serpent.

    8 minutes in; there are so many parallels to core-of -the-case interviews in investigative journalism. You have one shot and it's do or die, especially in broadcasting. I did it for many years and you never, ever get it 100 percent right. You can always get better. But it's exhilarating when you get that feeling that you"ve got them... and just as devastating when you lose..

    I'm in a different jurisdiction but these tips were still very helpful.
    I had my first ever go at cross last week (in a mock trial setting), and the issue I had was that I prepared well enough but I relied too much on questioning on the fly and ended up losing my train of thought.

    Truthfulness of a witness ie, the criminal records whether they have any
    Relationship btn the witness and the accused, such as wife or husband, t establish bias, or that the witness has been promised something or given money
    Visibility, at what time of the day did the event take place, how far was the witness from the scene of crime
    Memory fading... To establish that the witness can't recall the events that happened, by comparing all the statements they made by direct evidence (memory loss can be by reason of intoxication by drugs or drunkenness, old age, almond others...))
    The above is what you have said that are used to discredit the witness or to show that his statements should not be trusted or believed by the court.. thank you sir🙏

    I have a question, my neighbors outdoor parties last for 7 hrs (loud+music) until 2:30am,
    their noises audible through my residence, we cants sleep. Local ordinance is 85dB (whoever makes this law does not know how loud it sounds like). I want to sue in small claim court. Beside journal and measure noise inside my house. what would you advise me to do and what does a judge want to see as evidence in my case? What quality as good evidence? I can only measure inside my house. When i tried to measure at the property line, my neighbor blocked it. Can i measure on the patio instead so they can’t block it? Thank you so much. I am going to watch all of your videos to learn how to prove my case in court. Will let you know the results…

    in a cross examination, what is more important for the lawyer to do achieve, to prove that the witness is lying or to make him contradict himself?

    i am on trial in Melbourne Australia and my matter is in its fourth year, regarding theft of motor vehicles. The prosecution has now claimed they are unable to find or locate the complaint, but still want to proceed. Is this allowed? In Melbourne you are found guilty, until you can prove you are innocent, and this is a 1 in 200 chance

      If there's no witness no harm loss or injury no one with first hand knowledge that claims there car was stolen then what's the controversy the prosecution has not got firshand knowledge or suffered loss

    Judge,. Since cross examination is limited by scope of direct testimony, can defense list prosecution's witness also as a defense witness, to open scope of testimony? Can the defense call opponents witness as their witness also?

    • @cbrhomeimprovement3749
      @cbrhomeimprovement3749 Год назад +1

      Yes you can use the opposing witnesses, if you feel that their testimony will help your case.

    Prior to asking questions say... "Witness, I'm going to ask you a series of yes or no questions.
    If you can't answer it in that manner let me know and I'll rephrase it, okay?"
    That way, they can't elaborate.
