I’ve been taking the D3 and k2 vitamin before bed and I sleep through the night but the best part for me is waking up feeling happy and ready for the day.
I had very low vitamin D from undiagnosed celiac disease about 5 years ago. I became extremely depressed, sick, I had sores all over my head. I couldn't get up. When I took the 1st vitamin D supplement the sky got brighter and color came back to my vision and I began to come alive. I cried tears of joy the day I took it. Then I changed my diet and really got better. I give vitamin D to my teenagers to avoid depression.
Same thing happened to me. It was like my soul came back to my body, I've been depressed for YEARSSSSSSSSSS. After taking vitamin D, LOL depression gone, hilarious.
I’m sharing my success story as requested. Healthy Keto has changed so much for me! I watched your videos for about three months and took a giant leap of faith eight months ago. In that time the following things have happened: I went from flirting with pre-diabetes to normal levels of blood sugar; my cholesterol decreased to a normal range; my energy increased; my mood brightened; my sleep has begun to improve; I’m pooping more regularly; and I’ve lost 10 lbs. I need to lose at least 10 more and know that will happen now that I’m healthier. I’m thrilled and grateful!
Dear Doctor Berg, I watch your videos a lot. I have lost 46 lbs in 6 months and I'm not on HBP meds anymore. Low carb, ACV, MCT, keto, no bread, no wheat, no sugar. Only whole foods and I do I.F. for 18 hours/day and OMAD about 3 times a week. Thank you thank you thank you. God bless you. Oh....and my arthritis is nearly gone. My pain is down about 80%.
I have trouble sleeping due to autoimmune disease. For the past four nights I took vit D before bed. It really worked! Instead of waking up in the middle of night and staying awake for hours, I can sleep through. Hallelujah.
Hi Doc, I had a sleeping problem for years (almost 6+ years) & I also had the problem of overthinking when I am in bed. Recently, I started taking Vit-D + 1 tab of Nutritional Yeast before going to bed & it worked like a miracle for me. Now, I am sleeping much better without waking up in the middle of the night & I feel fully energized in the morning. Thank you so much for changing my life!!
@@karannain5901 I have been taking Vit-D for a long time but I used to take only 1000 IU (1 cap) in the morning, but now I take 2-3000 IU in the morning & 2000 IU before going to bed. I started this new routine about 3 weeks ago & I am already seeing a huge difference.
I took D with dinner and and had pretty bad insomnia. I found out that D is a SUNSHINE vitamin. Coworker told me it gave her energy she said she took hers in the morning. I started doing that and immediately I was able to fall asleep at night. I always take D with breakfast.
I’ve started taking my vitamins…multi, B complex and D3 about an hour before bed. I’m usually asleep within a few minutes of going to bed. I’ve learned so much about different health issues by subscribing to your channel. Thank you for sharing your expertise with us!
Starting following Dr Berg when searching fasting 1.5 years ago. I was 205, pain everywhere, depressed, couldn’t sleep, and felt like shit! I started keto like he said, then went to keto w/ intermittent fasting, then cut out diet sodas and all drinks other than water, tea, wine, etc. When I cheat I drink the Virgil keto drink and it’s perfect… anyway, thank you Dr Berg, for all your knowledge and information. You probably saved my life! 170 today, no pain, feel great! Sleep great, I’ve had one cold in 1.5 years. Look and feel like a different person. If I kick out of Keto, I get right back in w/ fasting for 36 hours and eating keto. Easy breezy! Now I eat all organic, grass fed, no shit!! Cost a little more and worth every penny
Appreciate your remarks about the time of day to take Vitamin D, and with fat. Many of us might find it helpful if you did a video on when to take various vitamins and supplements throughout the day and which ones to avoid taking together, etc. I know I would. Best wishes.
I think he has done one...and maybe it was since your comment. I think even better is if he explained how and why supplements do or don't take you out of ketosis or autophagy.
my doctor has prescribed me with 60k vit d3 once a week. then how to take k2 along with it. should I take 6 capsules of 100mcg at once or 1caps of 100mcg daily?
I eat two tablespoons of non-fortified nutritional yeast (for the B vitamins), and take vitamin D3 with 2 tablespoons of olive oil right before bed, and I am on a long streak of sleeping well like a baby. Before that I hadn't slept well in years (since having kids). Thanks Dr Berg!
I wanted to have yeast to but as i have gut n candida issue... I think its not suitable for this..... Anyone knows that should it be taken with these issues like gut n SIBO issues?????
Nutritional yeast can sometimes be tricky----the high Vit B-6 can sometimes cause dreams to be too vivid and interfere with sleep. 2T must be just right for you to sleep well. The 28 g fat is probably also helping to keep your hunger at bay if you are doing intermittent fasting...thus promoting sleep. I would find it very unpalatable to swallow 2 T oil esp right before bed. I take my Vit D3 in the middle of the day with a can of bone-in sardines (in olive oil) and about 2T nutritional yeast sprinkled in lukewarm tea or on various foods throughout the day.
@@jihashahid4116 for your circumstances get yourself tested via Gogiman on YT. He has fixes lots of people. Nutritional Yeast Island inactive form of years so won't make candida worse
Hello Dr. Berg!!! My wife and I have been taking your d3/k2 supplement for one month now, 40,000 iu’s per day. One of the key benefits we saw within 4 days was a much deeper sleep. It’s was astonishing to both of us. Sleep scores went from mid to high 70’s up to solid mid to high 80’s!!! Our energy levels have improved, mood has been much better, hip and back pain has become almost none existent and our skin feels silky smooth now!!! First thing I do every morning is run my fingers together and it just boggles the mind. I suppose we were both very deficient in Vit D and I’ve been telling all my family and friend about your videos and products!! Thank you for sharing you vast knowledge with us. My favorite quote of all time- “You can only take with you that in which you’ve given away”!! It’s a Wonderful Life….and you are a very wealthy man here on earth and beyond! 🙋♂️🙏. Thank you again!
Do you take all 40K IU’s at one time and is it morning or evening? I purchased this supplement, and I am trying to figure out the dose. It says take 1 or 4 capsules per day, but not more than 3 at bedtime. I’m confused.
Too much units of vitamin D.. Creates unnecessary kidney related issues.. For men recommended daily Dosage of vitamin D is 400 units.. If you take access your kidneys get damage someday not now
40000 ius a day sounds like lot imo. I'm no md, but my mds recommended 20000 IU once a week to build it up when you're deficient. I personally have experience taking 20000 IUs every other day, but I stopped when I reached a sufficient level. take care guys~
@@real_Gi research shows that one would have to take 60,000 IU over the course of years to have any toxic effect on your body. Even then, the body only absorbs about 40% - 60% of the vitamins we consume. Dr. Berg also stated that it would take about 100,000 IUs over a long period of time (years) to have any toxic affect so I'm sure it's fine.
@@francisibitoye9317 ok got ya. With my dosage of 20000 IU every other day, it took like 3 months until I reached a really good level. i got regular blood tests back then. During that time I checked in with my mom and she told me that she had a kidney stone removed because she had been taking vitamine d daily a few years back. I don't know her dosage back then, but that made me a bit cautious regarding taking it without making any bloodtests. i dont wanna make ppl worry unnecessarily, but a test after some months is probably not a bad idea. much love~
I’m getting so much from your videos. My daughter and I are new keto people and are thriving on it. Thank you for making the transition easier by helping us to understand the whole concept. You explain things so well. We are both feeling much more alert and full of energy.
Thank you so much for solving a problem I had while intermittent fasting. I always thought vitamins were energizers that would hamper sleep, and since I wasn't eating until after 6 PM, gave up taking vitamin D for fear that it would keep me awake!
How can doctor Berg drop more hits then all these fitness gurus who be spending 10-20mins every video?? He takes 2-5mins on average for his videos and there’s no unnecessary information - only nuggets. This man is special!!
Hi Dr. Berg, I found your videos while I was recovering from pacemaker installation surgery in May 2021. I've been under stress from medical issues and started taking your vitamin D3 + K2 at night just before bed and it works great at helping me relax, turn my brain off, and get to sleep. Thank you!
I am taking your complex of D3 & K2 (and other nice things in it) I am taking it right before the sleep and I have very nice and deep sleep, days if I missed it I am waiting up during the night. Also I observed that it is much better absorption when I am drinking with apple cider vinegar with carbonated water! I love that complex
I love your short and sweet videos. You have the right recipe for getting people to engage. Short, concise, and packed with great information. Thank you!
On your video When to Take Vitamins, you suggested post menopausal should take D3 w/K2 and fat/food. Calcium at night. So, I do this and I've been sleeping better than I have in years. Plus, I doubled my D3 to 10,000IU because I have MS, so far, this has also helped. Thank you Dr Berg, I wish I had a real life Dr that encouraged good nutrition and natural healing. I know Dr's get busy, one patient after another, but, they could write publications on it and encourage their patients to read them?!
Unfortunately, I'm one of the few who cannot take D3 at night. I've tried it with K2 & Magnesium & it was as though I had drunk 2 cups of coffee, so I take mine early in the morning. I Love your videos; they are very interesting & easily understood
I no longer crave sweets and the bottom of my feet no longer itch. You’ve really helped me to eat better. Im on a statin but I eat radishes every day. Thank you so much.
In one of your videos, you recommended waiting until 10 to 11 to go to bed for sleeping problems. I had tried everything else except melatonin because I just didn't want to have to take something. The 10:00 to 10:30 bedtime was what did it for me. Who would have thought it was something so simple? Thank you, Dr. Berg!
I have to tell you thank you, I have been doing IF for 2 weeks. I'm down 10 lb, I don't feel deprived of anything have not had any flu symptoms and have noticed a lot of improvement with my joints. A lot of this I think is due to taking large numbers of supplements. Everything from pro-resolving mediators, B complex, D3, K & E., your content is so on point. Thank you once again and I look forward to hearing that video on optic nerve problems. Maybe u could talk about Bartonella and vision loss.

I've been dealing with a chronic urticaria/eczema outbreak since my vaccine in May. Dr. Berg, thank you very much for all your content. My mother and I were privileged to see you when you were in practice in Arlington, VA. I have been diagnosed with an. autoimmune disorder and have been trying to improve my overall health using many of your suggestions, I also wholeheartedly recommend your videos to friends.
Dr. Berg, I have been on Keto/IF for 6 weeks. So far I have lost 18 pounds fat, mostly around tummy area. I am 61 years old woman lived on rice all my life. I woke up in the morning to eat and until 10 at night. I ate every two hours. I thought since the menopause, I was packing fat around my midsection and dealt with aches and pain constantly. Until I started your free program. I don`t have constant throbbing on my hands and wrists, no bloating, burping, acid reflux, I'm off ibuprofen, Tylenol, which I used to take every day. I also noticed swollen lymph nodes almost disappearing, I used to leak urine when I cough, sneeze, run, or even to the point of every time I took steps, that is getting so much better. I a learning so much from your programs. I am very thankful for all the helth benefits I am gaining. And they are free and easy. I thought I just had to accept that I was getting old and had to live with those conditions. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!!

I have a success story I would like to share with you, but I could not find a separate link. The story is rather remarkable. Your videos have helped me with several problems. I am retired and was previously on the faculty of a university. I am not a doctor nor was my field medicine. I synthesized information from your videos with a conversation with an MD and developed a treatment for an incurable disease that is highly effective. I however did not have the disease. Therein lies the problem of my being more specific. Just know your videos have played a major role in curing a horrible disease.
I literally did that yesterday as I forgot in the morning... This morning I found it hard to wake up and was stunned that I had slept 6hrs straight (2hrs max normal) Then this video pops up just to confirm... you are amazing 😇😚😇 Thank you for what you do. Cyber hugs from big fan South England. 😚😚😎
I tried this, as I’ve had progressively more problems with sleep. Taking vitamin D3 before bed causes insane insomnia for me. I don’t sleep the entire night. No exaggeration. I wish this nighttime strategy worked for me.
Amazing. I took vitamin D an hour before bedtime and have fallen asleep and stayed asleep for the first time in years. I checked what studies were done and found the VA did a study on 50,000 vets. So far, that's the only study I have found. But... works for me.
I tried this last night Dr. Berg and I slept like a baby in fact I woke up once at about 4 o'clock went to the bathroom and then went back to sleep and slept till nine so wow thank you so much for all your videos I just love you Karen and your whole family and I'm praying for you guys

For 10 years I had a problem with acne on my back and face when the winter comes. Summer- nothing, but in winter it can be pretty bad. This year, they were the worst so far and then I started researching and found your videos on vitamin D. First day after taking 10.000 UI, my acne stopped! I couldn’t believe my eyes. 15 days into taking this supplement, I no longer have acne, only red dots and scarring but everything stopped. I’m so thankful for your videos. They helped me after 10 years of struggling with acne. You’re a life saver ❤️
Started to take 4000 IU of vitamin D3 1 hour before going to bed and I realized that I wake up much more rested. I've been struggling with sleep for years. Thank you Dr. Berg.
Dr Berg you are an absolute diamond. My Vitamin D levels have been very low, so i was told when I purchased some capsules to take them in the morning. However recently I decided to try a new variety with olive oil already added, and took it in the evening. I had one of the DEEPEST nights sleep that I’ve had in AGES, and I was sure it was because of the capsule in the evening, so thank you very much for confirming. My sleep has been extremely poor for years, which has left me feeling constantly fatigued, so here’s hoping that things will now improve. 😊👍🏾
Do you still take vitamin d before bed? How much do you take? I'm so confused because some people say vitamin d before bed causes poor sleep and insomnia. Others say it helps sleep. I wonder if it has to do with low magnesium. I heard that vitamin d supplementation can exacerbate low magnesium. But if someone has enough magnesium, vitamin d should theoretically help their sleep.
Everyone should experiment to what time will work for You. Some take it at night and do well while others take it in mornings. It's a personal journey to figure out but once you figure it, it's awesome!
Thank you! Oh, wow. I've been taking my vitamins in the morning, but morning is that period of time after midnight, before noon, when I am wide awake. I will try taking my vitamin D at night. I'm craving sleep, and unlike the lights, my brain seems to lack a shut off switch. This is such a blessing, to learn this stuff. Thank you!
He also talks about vitamin b5 and b1 here. Additionally, in other videos, he talks about electrolytes, especially enough potassium (4700mg a day). And about k2 with d3.
I work 3rd shift so sleep is very important timing. Before keto/low carb I had sleeping problems, usually getting around 6 hours or less of sleep. After doing keto/low carb + OMAD for some months, taking supplements, I noticed I've been sleeping more. I eat my meal before bed, but I'm also taking 50,000 IU D-3. I'm still trying to get past chronic fatigue but doing somewhat better when I wake up.
I'm taking high dose of vitamin d before going to bed. On the second night, the quality of my sleep was so good when I woke up feeling refreshed & well rested, I was really surprised. I didn’t feel this way for a very long time! thank you doctor berg!

Here is my experience in keto: the best thing in keto and fast is that I don’t have to eat many times, because I really don’t like to spend time in eating…
@@yfdz6959 okay, here’s the secret of Keto: you should eat just when you feel really hungry, not when you want to spend good time with eating, or anything else, and: when you keep like that you will never think about food all the time, but you must eat lot of fat, every morning I drink big cup of coffee with creamy milk, it’s can keep me away from hungry until 2 o’clock , then I eat my lunch: salad with meat and egg cooked by olive oil without bread or rice or potatoes or any other of carbs, and that’s all my food every day, just one meal every day, and it’s really like freedom of eating all the time..
I’ve never had sleep problems until I took vitamin D before bed because I forgot to take it during the day. For me, taking vitamin D before bed had the opposite effect. It keeps me awake for hours.
Somehow I read that D prevented sleep and I was having issues with sleep and stopped taking at night. Now I hit and miss taking it in the daytime. So glad to hear the truth about this. Back to my D3 at night and add B5. Thanks so much for your video health treasures❣️

I know this is not the right forum...but could you please teach us about "dynamics of sleeping in your right or left side" ? I realized I just cannot sleep in my left side. Ever. And in the last 3 years I also noticed that if I have a headache...toothache...ciatica...it is always in the left side of my body. My vision is worse on my left eye and I have floaters on my left eye...but it is when I try to sleep in my left side that I realize that something is wrong and it is not just a coincidence... It is like getting sick instantly... I am currently on a zero carb diet...taking vit D, Zinc and Vit C ...sometimes complex B so my health has been improving thanks to your videos!😍 I noticed I have less inflammation overall...but whenever I get some kind on inflammation symptoms...it is always somewhere on the left side of my body...
Your right side is better when you sleep most of your organs are on your left side so it takes the pressure off of them which helps for better breathing. At least that’s what I have read and heard.
Thank you for mentioning b1. The Dr. told me it's only for alcoholics. My granny put me on it as a child because I was a worrier. As an adult I didn't take it until now due to stress.
I take vitamin D before I go to bed along with my magnesium and Zinc and it has helped my sleeping through the night tremendously. I now can sleep 8 to 9 hours almost every night. Thanks Dr. Berg!
I’m so happy to hear you recommend taking it before bed to help sleep. I’ve always taken it in the morning because I read that it energizes you. I’m going to try it.

I can get to sleep but once I get up to go to the bathroom ( every night ugh) I can't get back to sleep. sometimes it takes hours to get back to sleep. thank goodness I'm retired and have no place to be in the mornings so I can sleep in if necessary. I'm tired of being tired I can tell you that
Try breathing in 4 sec holding / breathing out slowly 6 sec rule 10 times also try imagining yourself doing something calming don’t focus on an object just yourself surrounded by light if you start to think of something else it’s ok just go back to your breathing and being present in your body
You might consume quite large amount of sugar/carb. Speaking based on my own experience, when I do intermittent fasting + lower my sugar intake I can sleep the whole night without having to go to the bathroom. When I had high sugar intake I had to go once/twice every night
I used to have that problem but since about a yr ago started taking vitD right before bed and usually sleep a solid 6 hrs. If i do wake up for what ever reason i just go back to sleep again. Magnesium helps too.

Hi Doc,
I had a sleeping problem for years (almost 6+ years) & I also had the problem of overthinking when I am in bed. Recently, I started taking Vit-D + 1 tab of Nutritional Yeast before going to bed & it worked like a miracle for me. Now, I am sleeping much better without waking up in the middle of the night & I feel fully energized in the morning.
Thank you so much for changing my life!!

I took D with dinner and and had pretty bad insomnia. I found out that D is a SUNSHINE vitamin. Coworker told me it gave her energy she said she took hers in the morning. I started doing that and immediately I was able to fall asleep at night. I always take D with breakfast.
I can't sleep at all if I take vitamin D before bed. I have to take it early otherwise I'm staying awake for 2 more hours.

I agree! Good suggestion.
Me too. I get a bit confused about this.
Yes I often wonder if i am taking my suppliments at the optimum time 🤔
I think he has done one...and maybe it was since your comment.

Hello Dr.
Hi, I am having the same issue. How do you take D3 in the morning. I am not a breakfast person so would like to know. I am currently taking it after lunch and CANNOT sleep. My 6 year insomnia went away with Dr. berg's magnesium glycinate but when I started D3 after lunch I cannot sleep again. Please help. I am very low on vitamin d (8).
@@Punekar-om8eiI started taking Dr Burg’s D3 5000 around 10-11 am and that works well for me.
Thank you Dr. Berg! My sleep has improved & my sleep cycle is fixed! My levels are at 24.0 from 13.0. I'm working on getting them up. I take 2,000 1x day. They put me on 50,0000 but it broke me out in a rash & itching. Now, I'm trying to decide if I want to start a prenatal vitamin, or a B-Complex. How I wish I could send you my blood work results.
Background: I fell in a Jack Daniel's bottle when my Mom passed (2017). I almost killed myself. 🙄 But I'm off the boose & doing better.
I was wondering why I had high blood pressure. 🙄 They have me on 25mg Water pill, but it gives me palputations. Potassium low 3.8,
B-12 could be higher 403. Magnesium 2.0
Sodium 138
Chloride 100 came down from 106
Creatinine 1.00 from 1.02
This is too long. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! Take care! 🙌🏿 47 B, F perimenopausal
I want off these water pills. I think I just need to get this vitamin D up. Can't wait for summer!
*I take 2-13Bil probiotics when I feel I need them (before menses)
Evening Primrose Oil too.
Oil of oregano drops under tongue when needed.
Do you happen to have a metallic tooth filling on your left side?
In some cultures they teach you to sleep on your right side for better health.
Your right side is better when you sleep most of your organs are on your left side so it takes the pressure off of them which helps for better breathing. At least that’s what I have read and heard.
@@mexicola29 indeed I have. Only 1 in the mouth.
Your 3.5 lb liver is on your right side. Dr. Berg has a video about massaging just under your rib cage on the right side.
Your videos have changed my life. I am such better on many different levels!!!
Wow cool! Thank you so much for sharing!
Thank you 🙏🏻 Doctor! Again , I just share this video to my classmates in Taiwan and they will be very happy !! 謝謝您!
Thank you for mentioning b1. The Dr. told me it's only for alcoholics. My granny put me on it as a child because I was a worrier. As an adult I didn't take it until now due to stress.
I use b1 as benfotiamine daily. It helped me a lot with a very damaged nervous system.
How much do you take? Does it help sleep? Should I take it before bed
I went to the er and the er doc told me the same thing “only for alcoholics” my primary care doctor said the same thing.
I wish we had more caring doctors like you, we don't need pharmaceutical mafia doctors , we need doctors like you.
I take vitamin D before I go to bed along with my magnesium and Zinc and it has helped my sleeping through the night tremendously. I now can sleep 8 to 9 hours almost every night. Thanks Dr. Berg!
Me too
Plz can you tell me which vitamin d can u take blc i have lack sleeping and also low vitamin and i have stress which best vitamins help me ?
I’m so happy to hear you recommend taking it before bed to help sleep. I’ve always taken it in the morning because I read that it energizes you. I’m going to try it.
Finally a Doctor who speaks sence and in plain language, keep it up Dr Berg 👍
Dr Berg, I have benefited tremendously from your video and so has my entire family. I have lost 20 pounds in about 3 months, which is a very big deal for me as I have been struggling for years.
Your nutrition videos and the one for back pain and care , I shared with all of my friends and family.
I appreciate all of the insights you share and trust your opinion and advice.Thank you so very much.
So awesome to read! Thank you so much for sharing!
What video of Dr. Berg you watched for weight loss? Thanks
There are several videos for intermittent fasting
Those were very beneficial for weight loss
I’m trying that tonight ! I fall asleep fast but wake 3-4 hrs later.
Wow, this video is right on Time! Thank you! My doctor just recently told me I need to take Vitamin D.
Great!
I definitely will try that today. I’ve been taking vitamin D for the last six years, it did help with the Covid and thank you very much for all your great information. I look forward to listening to almost every day. And I will let you know how it helps my sleep.!
How much vitamin d 3 are you taking daily. And continuously for 6
years daily. Please let us know
Thank you I've have chronic PTSD stress and severe anxiety and little sleep for 35 yrs on disability...I tried this combination and have found some improvement, getting the odd 4-5 yr sleep uninterrupted some nights is a major improvement, thank you, ps I never take anti depressants and refuse medications
I'm one of your fans. Thank you Dr Berg!
I take Vitamin D3
B12 under my tongue
Would you please elaborate more on the magnesium I not sure which is best for my gallbladder removal surgery
Really want to Thank you for making a difference in my life you have taught me so much about so much
Can't thank you enough for all you do.
I can get to sleep but once I get up to go to the bathroom ( every night ugh) I can't get back to sleep. sometimes it takes hours to get back to sleep. thank goodness I'm retired and have no place to be in the mornings so I can sleep in if necessary. I'm tired of being tired I can tell you that
You may be low in Magnesium. Magnesium helps with sleep also.
Same with me, and I take magnesium and L-theanine as well. 😣

Interesting you mention this I’m very calm and tired in the daytime now taking 10,000 vit d3 k2 throughout the day. I’ll try 5,000 morning time and 5,000 before sleep tomorrow. Great to know :) thx doc
Also trying to drink 1-2 litres a day of water as I used to have kidney stones and reoccurring utis but thankfully not anymore.
I’m also enjoying transdermal magnesium spray on my thighs. Very relaxing overall.
So how did it work for you?
That’s what I do, 5,000 lunchtime or afternoon and 5,000 before bed. It has improved my sleep a lot! I sleep soundly and wake up rested. Thank you Dr. Berg!
Thanks so much Dr. Berg for this review. I’ve been asking several people (not doctors) what time was best to take vitamin d. This is very helpful since I’ve been going through menopause and stress. I am not sleeping well at all and needed to get some help and info. Again 🙏🏽
I take 2 magnesium glycinate an hour before bed and i sleep really well now (im 50) try Ashwaganda ksm66. I swear by it for anxiety/stress
Thank you for excellent beneficial knowledge. Keep up the good work.
Very glad to be of help.
Yes, I am absolutely benefiting from your information, thank you so much! I was having severe hip pain, aching, and realized I stopped taking my vitamin D, took 5000 IU woke up hip pain is gone! 🙏💛
That's great!
I am so glad I found you and started to pay attention and follow your advice. Getting healthy first to release weight has been my experience with your methods. I've lost those stubborn pounds and feeling great. It was almost effortless! Thank you! 🌟💠
