    You guys make it look so easy. I've been doing dips for three months but the extreme variations that you guys showed is still quite hard to achieve. Anyway thanks for the video and keep going strong.

      because adaptation takes times. Tendons and ligaments adapts quite slow.

    I have JUST started doing dips and knees&legs raising. It's very hard, I can only do few of them but my plan is to continue. I combine this with running, walking, push ups, exercises for the stomach muscles, for legs and thighs.
    Right now my weight is 72 kg, 1.68 m tall (I'm a girl) and I tend to lose 5-10 kg. I'm reducing the quantity of sugar (though it's impossible to eliminate it completely), soda, fast food and alcohol. Let's see how it will go.

    Huh . I wonder, if someones does 40 dips, is that pretty good number for that excersise? And like for example,if you can do 40 dips,that means you should be able to do somewhat close to 40 pull ups on pull up bar or no ? Stupid question,i know. :D

    • @EHalvorsen
      @EHalvorsen 8 лет назад

      +arnoldst1 I believe 40 dips is a pretty good number indeed, but i doubt you'll be able to achieve 40 pull-ups from doing dips only ;)

    • @LastPrecent
      @LastPrecent 8 лет назад

      Ok. Thanks. Was just curious. Haven't yet tryed to do pull ups for looongg time..Only dibs at home. Now it's 46. :D Gonna go up to 60,than going to gym ,just to test myself. :D
