Have put 12000 bales down with my '19 340 Plus using nothing but the electronic trip set at 96 inches. Today while my brother was stacking he mentioned some of the bales were a bit longer than most. Do you figure that sucker needs calibrated?
They go into a “dead spot” so it just continues to tie repeatedly, you can recalibrate it and sometimes it will last a while longer but usually fail fairly fast after it starts doing that.

No when they start going out they won’t make a full revolution and your baler will keep tieing
