- What's up y'all. So I spent way too much time recording this video, and despite my best efforts I wasn't able to beat the CPU. I felt pretty disappointed, and contemplated not even uploading this video. However I needed a video for MK Monday, and I didn't want to replay this lol. I hope you guys end up finding some enjoyment in this video.

I used to play this as a kid and it was pretty fun. According to my memory the Sega Genesis's Ai is no where near as busted.
Neither was SNES but that was UMK3. Trilogy was for PS1, Saturn and N64
My primary issue with the AI in the classic MK games was not the input reading but rather how it can cancel a frame of animation to counter or evade an attack.

Yo onscreen, if you truly want to play the hardest boss in fighting game history, play against the general in Kaiser Knuckle. To get to him, make sure you don't use any continues, don't lose a round.
Bro, I feel your pain, but what if I told you that the harder towers have you fight 6 characters in a single endurance match?

Noob Saibot is the best character to beat this game. He has a shadow move, which after that: The CPU can´t hit you anymore and you can hit him with your combos. Its really easy.

I fell you understanding of CPU level, not like I much I remember when I play as a kid, but if you want relaxing after this crap in ps1 game, you really should playing some ps1 game for you self to make great relax, so take it time whatever you want🙏
Noob Saibot and Rain are the most broken characters in the game. Noob with Shadow ball and teleport wrecks the AI

I would suggest to play Ultimatr MK3 instead, for lore reasons and there is no endurance level, as far as I remember.
Also, MK games have this weird thing once you reach 3 or 5 victories, the AI difficulty level raises up to space. You were luck fighting Jade early, I could never beat her in later stages. Never. True story! Keep it going!
UMK3 have endurance fight depending on difficulty tower

I prefer UK3 just because it's more balanced than the Trilogy. But I like the roster in this game.

I honestly see why you just gave up there. The endurance battles are unnecessary. Why did they have to bring it back in mk3? Also it's fine if you didn't play ultimate mk3. I will say the games visuals didn't age well over the years. It kinda aged like milk. The fact they forgot scorpion in the original mk3 though was insane. Kabals balloon head fatality was funny though lol. Anyways cant wait for mk4! Prepare for bad voice acting in that one lol. TIYAKABOO!

Ehhhh memories..... This is my first Mk on PS1, and my first favorite and trying to playing character is Noob Saibot and that's the my favorite ninja character, so yeah
you can set the game to easy or beginner in options i think... though I know you dont like doing that, if you just wanna see the bosses...
