Hello, I gave up meat a couple of years ago and you are right the energy comes back. But I have found(everybody’s system is different) sugar is the biggest down fall. If you give up all carbs, you would really see the difference. Thanks for sharing ❤🙏🏾
Did you continue with this? I've been free of meat, eggs for five years now. Diary since 20 years, I still experience that, consistent energy and that it lasts longer. I guess one side of is that plant based food A LOT easier to digest, ie meat require a lot of energy to digest.

I used to be a vegetarian for 7 years but that was 15 years ago and now. I'm going back to plant based been pretty much plant based for a week now. And yeah I totally feel you on that baseline... You can work more effectively consistently versus going up-and-down except when you have that. Coffee but what? I. Notice? Is. That? Caffeine. Is? Crazily way. More effective when? You're on. The vegan diet like it's insane
I’m got the nerves it’s been awesome to get going without the brain fog but the nerves is annoying it’s only been four days but I’m not enjoying it yet but the energy is awesome

Eating meat is the best thing you can do for your health. Meat = high quality protein it's also very nutrient dense .just stay away from packaged deli meats with nitrates and you will be fine .most plant protein isn't complete protein and doesn't contain all essential amino acids so your body doesn't process or use a lot of it .

You take a shit a lot when the meat is gone 💯🤣 a few weeks later you feel amazing sample, but make sure you have your protein so you can feel great.
