Ti sei spostato nella directory di installazione di VirtualBox? Se lo hai installato nella posizione predefinita, prova questo: "cd C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox"
This wont work if you download the ISO from other sites, you gotta create your own. If you are using a downlaoded ISO just switch to VMware it will work. But you need to patch the vmware so the MacOS will be selectable on the dropdown list.

It's illegal and probably unsafe to download a random .ISO from the internet. If you need a Sonoma ISO, use your Mac and download your .ISO

You probably copied the comand wrong, every command must include the name of your VM
