I am extremely disappointed with LG products. I spent 4,000 euros on a TV, and after just a few hours of use, dead pixels appeared. The representatives told me I could just throw it away. After doing some research online, it’s clear that LG doesn’t have a review section, probably because there are so many dissatisfied customers. I sent emails to both the representatives and the headquarters, but received no response. From the information found online, it seems that many other customers who bought LG TVs have the same problem. In conclusion, LG is a scam. I used to have a very good opinion of Korean companies, but it seems I was completely wrong.
