If you found the last half of this video interesting, then you should pick up Andy's KSC method for powerbuilding.My favourite program I've run and the only reason I ever go off it is when I'm too busy at work and can't fit in 4-5 training days per week so I have to go to a HLM 3 day per week.Would be great to see a video like this for all major muscle groups!
I actually just ended week 6, which was tough considering i have to go through week 9 in three weeks already. But i dont think i have a need for a deload though

Interested if anybody running the Garage Gym program felt the need to take a deload around week 6/7?
