Have you ever done the JM press? I recently started trying to build m triceps and it's often talked about in power lifting circles. Thanks for the video and knowledge.

Yeah, it's a good movement too. There are about 4,257 types of tricep extension movements I didn't cover here. This was simply a way of thinking about training the triceps, not an exhaustive lift of every type of extension

      @@andybaker2413 I know it's a little late but it's actually *4,258

Whats the size of your arms? Some people got big arms but yours is very wide and just takes up a lot of space. İs that attainable for everyone or is it your wide arm genetics?

You don't LTE the way rip promotes, any reason why?

I was curious about this too.

The way Rip advocates doing them uses both functions of the tricep (shoulder + elbow extension) and uses a stretch reflex allowing u to use more weight but if you guys have ever done LTE the way Rip says you may have noticed it's pretty easy through the bottom range of motion and then gets very hard at the sticking point before lockout. The way Andy is doing them you get a pretty even amount of resistance through the whole ROM and although may not be able to use as much weight you will "feel" the muscle being worked and in my experience get a better contraction of the tricep. Not saying one is better than the other but there are pros and cons to both and it comes down to preference imo
