Very, very good! I wanted to have some type of sauce or gravy for this dish. I just used A's sauce recipe and added 1/4 c water and 1/4 c cream (could use plain yogurt instead). Once thickened, I added the cooked Chicken 65, heated it through and served it over white rice. Wow!! Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe. It is definitely a "Top 10" in our house.

Hi Angie, This recipe is good for 2-4 people as a side dish. So for 30 people, you would need at least X10 as much. Stick to the proportions of the recipe, and be careful when adding the spices, to not go over board. A family get together sounds really exciting! Hope you and your family enjoy the dish and have a great thanksgiving dinner together!! Enjoy!
I made this today. Came out brilliant! I should have put in a liiiiiiiiiiittle more lemon juice, but all turned out amazing. Had to make the chilli garlic paste from scratch though. I would suggest using kashmiri chilli powder instead of synthetic food colour
Can we mix it with hand if we wash our hands thoroughly?
