Hey bro, I see you used a non stick frying pan. Is it safe to use? Teflon coated pans have PFOA and PTFE coatings which are not good for health. Same goes for ceramic coated pans and utensils. Should I avoid them and just use stainless steel and cast iron cookware?
ya, thanks for the great recipie, turned out great...(just i waited a bit too long with the sauce heating and got the 65 a bit dry.... and also, the"seeds" of red chillies were a lott!.. should have removed those before hand).
