Chicken: 1 Kg
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 Tbsp
Yogurt: 1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds Powder: 1 Tsp
Garam Masala Powder: 1 Tsp
Red Chili Powder: 1 Tsp
Salt: 1 Tsp
Lemon Juice: 4 Tsp
Cooking Oil: 2 Tbsp
Cooking Oil: 1 Tbsp
Butter: 1 Tbsp
Black Cardamom Seeds - 2
Cloves - 4 to 5
Green Cardamom - 4 to 5
Mace - 1 piece
Onions: 2 Medium Sized
Green Chilies: 4-5
Chopped Tomatoes: 5 Medium Sized
Coriander Stems: 1/4 Cup
Cashew Nuts: 1/4 Cup
Bay Leaves: 2
Coriander Powder: 1 Tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder: 1 Tsp
Salt: 1/2 Tsp
Water: 1 Cup
Clarified Butter: 2 Tbsp
Cooking Oil: 1 Tbsp
Fresh Cream: 1/2 Cup
Crushed Dried Fenugreek Leaves: 1 Tbsp
Butter: 2-3 Tbsp
