      Not hating: you ask how long your back will survive, I see you lift the bars when placing the tire, that's a back breaker.. maybe try to change the technique to pushing down, less strain on your back? Not quite sure how this will work though, but hey Imma youtube couchpotato-know-it-all

      This is going to sound so freaking cliche but going to the gym regularly keeping your abs and back in decent shape and keeping in mind to not lift with JUST your back could help push those problems out further and maybe keep ‘em to minimum. No escaping being bent over 6-8 hr a day tho 😂

      @@pikkisfuleven had ? I’m 26 and I have 4 herniated discs in my back, sciatica down both legs, and chronic back pain every second. No pain meds, no surgery till I’m 35 they said, I take 1000mg of Tylenol everyday and still work 60 hours per week. I’ll be crippled by 35. Oh well.

    Mad respect to you sir. As a small buisness owner with a fleet of equipment and trucks- it is extremely rare and hard to find a guy like you. All the tire shops and the few mobile tire service around me suck! When they do come out to put in a new tire or fix it. Man do they not do a good job. You can tell they just wanna go home and don’t wanna be here working. BUT YOU SIR ARE AWESOME!! Keep up the good and hard work. You’ve got a fan right here rooting for you!! 💯

      @@leocorral EXACTLY! your there to provide a service for my money. But when you pay for someone to show up and do that service and they do a sh!t job and charge up the butt that’s a problem. I have no issue paying ANY amount of money to anyone as long as the work/installation/ repair is good. I’m not in it to make friends or be a loyal customer. I’m in it to fix my Sh!t and get me going!

      I know 1st hand how hard this is.
      My grandfather used to run tow trucks many years ago. He started doing tires. I remember those days. Some are worse then others. But it’s a workout for sure

      @@mikek3951 I was a one man tire operation for a waste management company at 26 with 53 total trucks 20tractor trailer and 33rolloffs plus the machines on site i.e water limo fuel truck fork lifts loaders tires are the definition of clean money dirty hands

    As a nursing student, I was just thinking about your back. We are constantly trained how to avoid back injuries and how to prevent back straining. I hope you don't throw it out anytime soon. I need to keep seeing you do this.

      @@Mr.Lawton534in real men work type of jobs where your doing heavy lifting molding pushing pulling lifting ect work.
      Lifting techniques.
      An on paper it’s a cool thing. But I spent 10 years in a steel mill and in comparison of work work. What this guy is doing is toddler stuff. Respect that he does though. Many wouldn’t even do that now a days.
      But when it comes down to it there’s machines ect. But even with machines. They can only do so much without the aid of a human. An some shit is so difficult or just insane theres still a lot of efforts a human has to put in for the machine to be able to do its job.
      That being said techniques is great on paper. But in the real world. It don’t really work. At best will just help pull or strain ect things a little less often. But it’s guaranteed to happen.
      Before I even made 30 I had many joints clicking an cracking an some fingers don’t even bend as much as they used to. Just from over use with heavy shit an not the best back in the world. An been away from it 10 years.
      There’s just no way around it even with the techniques unless lifting just boxes. There’s so much stuff out there that if a technique had to be used. Many many jobs an industries wouldn’t even exist.
      Would be impossible.
      An that’s due to even if money was there not everything could be automated

    Your back will probably last a lot longer. The tools available now make it somewhat easier compared to the old school versions your dad had to use.

    Bro for real, be careful with your back. It’s not worth it. I gave too much at a job in my early 20’s and herniated 2 lumbar discs. The surgery was botched and failed causing severe nerve damage. I couldn’t move my legs for a few days. Now I’m on disability playing video games all day (gets boring real quick) relying on pain meds to get out of bed. And the place I worked at went out of business. I want to be able to work so bad, I feel worthless. Just be safe please.

      Don't feel worthless! You did what you could with your skills. Ask for retraining from the Rehabilitation Commission. Tell them you have a strong work ethic and you have the motivation to accomplish things! ❤

    You're lucky to have a strong back, I can tell by looking at it. I have scoliosis and my back hurts me all the time and now at 28 years old it's hard for me to mow my small lawn with a push mower it hurts my back so badly.

      I had a junk mower and I fixed the handle bar but after it was so low it made my back hurt so much when we used it.
      I have a push mower now too but its the electric Dewalt one. The thing is so light and rolls so smooth you dont even need self propulsion, which they make a version with it as well. My yard is a huge hill too.
      Im also 28 and have some problems woth my lower back. Most mornings I wake up and Im so stiff I barely can move. Ive tried different beds and everything but cant figure it out.

    I am a utility worker and there are certain specialty tools that I have duplicates of because I occasionally forget a tool on a job. That way I can complete the next job and then go back for my tools.

    I worked at a blasting mat company and we were set for transport tires. I've seen guys twice your size last a day. Most guys that lasted were your size. 8 to 12 hour days sort out the loafers from the workers when tires are involved.

    I also do semi and heavy equipment tires and people don't know how much work it is but I really don't get breaks I'm at a shop where trucks none stop come in our drivers get breaks all the time from call to call

    Good tool to invest in for all
    Mechanics is a under hood creeper and a creeper saves your back from bending over the engine bay all day is very comfortable you could take a nap on it

    I have the answer for your question. You start losing your abilities to be an "Industrial Ath
    " around 50-55. I'm a tire vet too, and when you work for a corporate tire shop such as Goodyear Wingfoot, they put you out to pasture without a second thought. Quit now while you still can.

    Just remember to talk to your doctor when you start to get tingling in your fingers (your neck needs a fix) or your toes (something in your back needs a fix). This is a gross overgeneralization, but I worked in healthcare. Basically, get help before you have loss of function in a limb.

    I broke mine when I was 14 helping my dad I was carrying a sack of cement 100 kg is like 50 pounds I was only 14. I’m sure Move around very good but sometimes the pain in my body gets back to me and it lasts 2 weeks
