Great channel. You need 500000 subscribers. Hopefully you'll get them soon. I'll save this the long way. If a person or a couple has a pre approval for a $120000. Stop don't go through the mortgage experience by one of these homes cash. And start off ahead of the game. This is the way to go and an uncertain economy where no job or occupation is guaranteed. You'll buy these houses cash a year later. Your car breaks down, so what? Get a new one. You're not fighting a mortgage payment too. This is really great information.
