Love your channel ! We looked at the house in Dillon and the one in Mullins. The Dillon house has good bones and a TON of kudzu. The Mullins house has a new roof and septic tank, but settling issues with the foundation. The crawlspace is TINY, so I was unable to get under to see what was going on.
