It's soooo FUNNY!!!! When looking at the Two Story Brick, built in the 20's, when showing the Entryway, we both said at the same time, "Wow, THAT'S RED"!!!! HaHa!!!! But this was still my FAVORITE!!!! Don't build them like that anymore, unfortunately!!!!

You mentioned the bottom drawer on the stove on the first house was for pots and pans but it is actually for keeping the food warm. I would take out the kitchen door and add a garage on the kitchen side and make the house longer to enclose the back of the house where the porch is and put in an extra bath and room.

Whenever you mention the tax rates, you always announce the zero before the decimal. It seems like a little thing, but as an engineer, it always makes me smile. Love the channel.

The first house was adorable, but I don't remember seeing a house that small that wasn't a guest house or part of an old motor court. I would love to know the backstory on why it was built so tiny -- I own several 2-bedroom apartments that are larger.

Love old houses. I own one i bought on 2009 in laurel ms built in 1914 fell in love with it the first time I saw it Stole it for 37,000 and it has A 1 bedroom apartment put back with 2 big lots.

I liked the log cabin's wrap around porch, but oh my, the brick house's charm stole my heart! I'd create a few gardens with a dwarf flowering tree in each surrounded by Virginia perennials.

The third one....absolutely amazing for the price!
