It's ridiculous. They need to separate the light protocol from the key protocol.
In every video it seems the thefts start from the battery side of the hood.So, I guess it’s best to unplug the main battery at the end of the day. Or, toyota should introduce a battery lock.Pretty simple preventative measures for such chumps.
They go through headlights. But do th vechicles have a kill switch or no ?
I'm told my 2020 RAV4 has a shield fitted, does anyone have a photo so I can confirm this ?My car is also in a locked garage at night.
All Rav4s are now at risk?? Smh
Probably not the key system, that's different from the keyless

I start my 2024 RAV4 with a key. I have the LE model. Is my car at risk?
