Exactly. Do you know how many half finished and shitty engined lotus 7 lookalike kit cars there are for sale here in the U.K ?
For peanuts , man ! Peanuts !
MUST . STOP . WATCHING .RICH.
For the hell of it what are the dimensions of the battery, motor and electronics box?
@@T_TanksTinkers1066 Don't do it jono !
@@royshaft hey I already have a near spot on cad for a frame for a 1/10 samurai scale r/c!
Awesome build! Luv the Samcrac voicemails😂
Epic man great job you inspired me to convert my 71 swb c10 to ev your build up was so much fun to watch and the end product looks so rewarding congrats man
Damn, performance is way better than I expected. Way to go!
FINALLY! LETS GOOOO!!!
This is great man, I've watched the whole build, Some sketchy stuff ( Welds ), But still cool 😁
"So where is this transmission mount?"
"There is none." LOL!!
It's called a bellhousing
It worked for me
Thank you, Rich, for creating a whole new category of vehicles: eRat Rod.
😎🤙❤
Awesome Rich! I like that you made Sam look like Barney. You guys kill me with your back and forth. It was cool to meet you guys at the coffee shop in Illinois this past summer. You all make great content!
I think a Zero kit would work well for a Geo Metro conversion.
Awesome build but what was its top speed by the way and other stats and are you going to do another video on that information
Do The Brakes Work.... I Dunno !!!!!!
it works rich still alive... if it doesn't work we won't hear anymore update...
I was smiling ear to ear once I saw you guys zooming along that road. I think you should really completely restore the rod into something special. Some nice fenders, a battery compartment cover some working tail lights lol. You have probably inspired a lot of DIY'ers to take some old lightweight car and covert it to electric. This is the best contagion ever, DIY. What a great job, from the genius moments to the clearly insane stuff, ah the best of humanity in show. "Do the brakes work?", "I dunno!" YOLO!
Rich you are awesome,! You are an inspiration for all of us. Greetings from Costa Rica!
This may be my favorite build ever. forget all those production car rebuilds.
Rich: * gets into rat rod*
video quality: "ight imma head out"
Spray paint the wobbly coupling gold, screw it to a block of wood and call it a trophy.
Nice work Rich! Pretty cool project. Don't stop now!
Love this build. Electric motor, but still has a manual. And does sick burnouts! Sounds like a dream come true
You built a 3 speed death trap, good job. Gearing in an electric vehicle would just end gasoline cars.
Keep up your videos glad to see u here
Yes gearing in electric cars is interesting, I haven't watched this series as religious as others but I was surprised to see that.
Actually he made a safer death trap compared to the usual 3 wheel death traps.
Isn't building 3 speed deathtraps the whole point?
@@3vi10n3 lol
Well, Alrighty Then, I Knew It Would Work Great From The Start!!! Thanks
That thing looks fun, but it also looks like a death trap! Be careful Rich!
what rat rod isn't a death trap?
MUSK RAT! I love this project. I watched the premier and just had to watch it again. Spectacular job, Rich!
Major props I never would have guessed that thing would burn rubber!
