Beautifully made, concise, and useful. I know how much time goes into making these videos. And thats time you COULD be enjoying to relax and play the game, but instead you edit videos for the benefit of others. Content creators nowadays seem expected to produce the content they do, and i just want you to know people out here really do appreciate your effort mate 🤙
I never feel overwhelmed with games like these. I just take my time, do what I think is fun etc. I don't feel the need to level up quickly or that I have to finish the game soon or at all. I'll pick at it, grow my character at my own pace and just enjoy the experience.
Also, for the flight sim at the vanguard, there are 6 total levels. If you beat all 6 I think you get 200000 credits. Which is an awesome start. Compared to like, the 78000 you get if you only beat 5.
Were u able to beat it? Yesterday, I hid in the space station to have them crash into and snipe them. Beat tier V easily enough, but tier 6 have to get real lucky. Maybe optimizing firepower/shields/grv?
@@TokyoRobb I’m still working on it personally, don’t use the grav during the sim. It only matters for grav jumps which you aren’t going to be doing.I’ve had the most success with max engines, shields, missiles, and lasers. Bullets can be powered up once a ships shield is down.
@@Akldog04 oh that's a good idea, what does engine do? Is it just speed? I maxed all the guns and shield but left engines low. I've only managed to take down three ships. They hit hard. Staying around the satellite station seems to work, maybe just get lucky on one.
@@TokyoRobb The high speed from the engine is essential for not only dodging incoming fire, but maneuvering behind other ships where they’re most defenseless. Try to make sure your shields never drop to 0 as long as possible, and only repair when you know you have a second to breathe.
Off just started to play this game. What's best to do. Go explore in just crack on with the main story and side missions. I think the game is amazing. Bethesda did well I wish I had a buggy I could drive for the planets tho.
Will probably start a fresh New Game playthrough, change traits ect. Going ro try just exploring barren moons and scanning planets try level as much as possible before starting any questlines. The idea is the quests rewards, like armors will hopefully be higher tier versions so they ll be viable longer
If you have the pilot skill unlocked or the targeting skill.. use that simulator to level those perks. You can quickly unlock those tries to put your points into.
Just use void form and seal everything in the weapons shop in the well, then go to trade authority and clean the items, then go to neon and repeat (especially steal from the kore kinetics shop)
It is definitely is huge and as a new player started yesterday it can be very overwhelming. I have also found the auto save can screw you over on my first character I should have taken a ship but let the enemy have it then got stuck in a 4 person ship battle that 2 ships were level 10 I still had starter ship no upgrades and no Matter how hard I tried I kept getting destroyed 3 to 4 auto saves all put me in that battle I ended up starting game over. I say if you basically can get a free ship do it I'm sure that ship was much better then starter and had enough to buy a better one but couldn't get out of battle and my save that wasn't auto was several hours before

Constellation just pissed me off...so i robbed the place blind sold all the stuff then went off doing numerous fetch quests...flew to Neon to do a cargo pick up for some shady guy sitting in the electrical store in the Well area and stumbled across 2 other side quests there. Perfectly happy ignoring Constellation, bunch of pricks! Also...i chose a trait "Introvert" which doesn't like companions so...fuck companions too. I can carry my own loot thank you very much. Just going to steal, pickpocket, lockpick and shoot my way to glory...but thanks Consteallation for all the loot I stole off you and for the free ship...that guy never said anything about giving it back so, I hope you don't mind if I sell it later when i find something better.....Not that I actually need a bloody ship as you can just tap a map icon and whoosh...you are instantly and completely unimmersively taken there so...why exactly do we need a ship at all...just catch a space train...well done Bethesda for fucking that up. Who thought it would be a good idea to make a game about space and then remove the need to actually travel anywhere by walking, driving, flying, using public transport...just click a button...get a loading screen and instatravel.

If you aim with your cutter the beam becomes more focused and it will cut faster. This also makes it a viable early energy weapon. (edited to add more detail)
After playing for 5 hours I'm not sure if I'm even enjoying game. For everything I like I find something I despise & don't get why devs did things way they did. Think biggest gripe atm is just how annoying & horrible the randomness can be. Even the set locations if you reload before discovering to fix something you get completely different stuff at the location. Guess could save scum it but that might be as annoying & monotonous as surveying/collecting resources
I mean it's not going to be everyone's cup of tea, but 5 hours is nothing and yeah resource collection isn't that fun. If that's what you've been doing for 5 hours I can see why you're not enjoying it

It’s not an energy weapon I tested the skill for damage boost but didn’t work, I think it’s actually a heavy weapon skill
Either way no excuse to run out of ammunition if you have a cutter
