Bottom 2 look correct to me (despite being a York United fan), and top 2 as well. I'd probably have Ottawa 3rd, but to be fair I don't know enough about Pacific, Vancouver, or HFX to really rank them against each other. So I would put them 4th, 5th, 6th, but I'm not sure what order. Interesting to note that Wheeler put Ottawa down because they were poor at the end of last season, but had Pacific high because they were great at the start of last season (so not well in the second half of the season).
Excited for the season to start this weekend!

I agree with Cavalry, Vancouver and Valour's respective power rankings, but I cannot agree with the rest. I think Wheeler is getting too hung up on history. Nothing about Pacific has me confident they'll do better than 6th, but honestly probably 7th, as I think York as an absolute wild card will be pushing for playoffs again, but will likely just get edged out this time. I think Forge will do enough to stay in the top 3 unless Ottawa actually comes together well with all of their star power and bosses out. For now I'd go Forge 3rd and Ottawa 5th, but it could go either way. Him putting Halifax at anything other than 2nd is ludicrous to me, let alone 6th. I think Halifax will be a serious contender for the CPL Shield, and Cavalry (maybe Ottawa or Forge) are pretty much the only sides that might have anything to say about it.
They were talking about feathers being ruffled, consider mine ruffled.
