Well, I normally skip other bands and only watch 2 or 3 at most, but this time I wanted to watch everybody. This my 1st time watching Miles. Sooooo... no too bad a show. Intro, I was a lil confused as the MC mentioned God a couple times, I was expecting a gospel tune, but nope...Neck. Ok... lets drill, not bad start..."relationship to the line" is important (to keep lines straight) and also "talk it up if need"...meaning - say something if somebody going wrong. Hey, no worries, everybody mess up every blue moon. I'm gonna assume this not a norm for yall. At least yall continued ok. The dancing ladies were working hard...keep it up ladies. The singing lady left me hanging a lil...thought it would be a big ending, but she chose to fade out I guess. Yall sounded decent tho. Laters.
Yeah they done that Neck entrance FOR YEARS. Depending on how old you are then it may be older than you 😂😂
Well, I'm 53...been watchin bands a long time. The Ocean of soul the only one I remember coming out the hole playin neck... again, I wasn't seeing Miles back then (only SWAC and a couple MEAC). Nobody else didn't matter.🤷🏽♂️ jus sayin. ✌🏽

I definitely noticed it. It wasn't the show that I would've expected to see at a national competition, but they did well overall. Go Bears!💜💛💜💛

Miles sound good this year
That was really offputting for a collegiate performance. Not sure who is on their show design committee or if they even have one, but they need to make immediate adjustments. Drill mistakes aside, this was elementary show format and design. It ain’t all on the students. Very high school-ish. Very much not demure. The season is early, there’s still time to refine and represent the traditional marching arts with more innovation and cohesiveness. Best of luck this season 🤝🏽

Where's the INTENSITY in their faces? Why's boys uniform HELLA BIG?! The close-ups are SO VERY TELLING in the execution of details, and lack thereof.
