Nailed it! What an amazing play!
One thing that makes the big and rich drum sound of Snarky Puppy is the interplay between the drummer and the percussion section. This adds so much color and layers to the drumming that the tune sounds otherworldly amazing. Actually, Nate Werth and Sput developed this fine-tuned drum & percussion approach to make it feel like there is a four-arm drum player in the song, and they have expanded this beautifully in the following band lineups (with Larnell Lewis, Jason JT Thomas, Jamison Ross, Keita Ogawa, and Marcelo Wolowski). If I'm not mistaken, Nate states something like that in the "We Like It Here" documentary. Oh, and let's not forget the outstanding sound mix that Snarky Puppy always delivers.

Thanks for the comment! Appreciate it. And yes, it's awesome how you really can not tell apart which parts are played by the drummer and which parts are played by the percussionist since they blend with each other so incredibly well!
I would like to see this style of videos trying AND I REALLY MEAN trying to recreate the drums of Aric Improta and watching Pascal try to cover a Night Verses song.

Pascal usually uses the Moises app to remove the drums from the original.
