Stupendous interpretation of this first half which has is one of the most enthralling endings in the history of music. " But how much commitment, how much emotional participation, how much sensitivity, how much perfectionism this artist puts in when she plays! "
In this performance the young pianist showed astonishing grandeur and large scale of dynamics which could only be rarely heard in era of old masters. The passion poured into her performance is exceptionally rich, which really makes it a great one in spite of numerous accompanying errors by the orchestra.
This was the first piece of classical music I fell in love with in the 1950's, when my dad played the Wi-Fi record after I requested it again. That, and Rhapsody in Blue were my childhood introductions to musc.
Lovely performance, congrats, bravo bravo, I trully adore Tchaikovsky compositions, the true face of Russia looks just this delightful..no war criminals could ever change this, music is a spiritual power, it's something eternal ever green, it works the same well on us all through the centuries, therefore let's invite everybody organize more music happenings, let's support farmers and enjoy a nice dinner at concert together, let's encourage fashion designers to find new customers, your audience to put on something precious and spectacular, let's stay united hanging on things that make life worth living... that's what fans are for ❤🎉❤
The best version was from a 23 year old Texan named Van Cliburn and he played it in the Soviet Union in 1958 and they went crazy fur him. Scheps is number two for me. Regardless I love everything she touched. A pure class act.
Albeit beautiful music, in my opinion this is the only "Piano Concerto" that instead of being accompanied by the orchestra, the orchestra is accompanied by the piano. It's a moment of what could have been great wonderful melodic piano music. Instead the piano is no more than a loud metronome, bang, bang, bang. Unfortunately Tchaikovsky missed the point. But that only my opinion.

Dear Olga, you are an amazing pianist! What an excellent performance of this piano concerto no. 1 from P. I. Tchaikovsky👌👏😍❤️
Very 1st time I have heard of this young woman, playing such an exhausting fast & delightful familiar tune, that I have loved for many decades.

Jeu d'une autorité magnifique et pourtant non dénié de finesse. Une des meilleures pianistes de sa génération. Ca ne fait aucun doute.

Olga é maravilhosa

Wonderful piano consert with Olga, but unusual today with such a bad picture, only 360p. I also find the sound a little bit harsh.

Super grande fantastica
Minuto 12:16 muy potente, para caer enseguida en un dialogo profundo
Bravo

I found the dialogue between orchestra and piano 13:44-14:28 is very testing. It is not technically difficult, yet difficult to get it perfect.

The Best

Why such poor video resolution?
you should take more piano lessons
