Art in form of a liquid and videography! Such a pleasant experience ❤🤯 mind-blowing! Thank you:) Amazing amazing amazing amazing amazing amazing amazing amazing amazing amazing episode!!!!!!!!!!!
Congrats on hitting 100k subs. This is clearly the hardest working cocktail channel on YT by a country mile, even though this one looked like it was a lot of fun to make!
one of my favorite hobbies is smoking zaza while watching your videos. it's so soothing with the calming music and your voice. and getting to learn something more about booze is always welcome
The lengths you went through for these videos are out of this world. Absolutely great stuff. Can't thank you enough for the good times you give us and the great recipes as well 😊
thanks to the cocktail time team, thanks for taking a load out of me precisely today when I need it the most, I have been left out of a local competition and I really feel very low. thank you thank you thank you!

Greetings from Poland guys! Great episode, the Zombie is one of the first cocktails I've made by myself, and started my interest in this hobby. I'm very happy of your cooperation with Techland, Dying Light 1&2 are awesome games🧟♂. Pozdrawiam!
Greetings Kevin, great job as always. It's a true pleasure watching you on how you are creating your artistic cocktails. The way you are incorporating techniques like an oleo saccharum into a shrub to build in more texture as well as getting more nuances from the oils and the fruits is a true craft. Keep up the awesome work and stay as awesome as you are. Greetings from a fellow mixologist and chef from a Michelin starred restaurant and bar. Peace to you from the friendly neighbourhood bartender.
Both recipes look incredible. If I can't find the Columbian Rum due to the stores in my area don't stock it, what would you reconmend to substitute? Keep up the amazing recipes.
100k!!! congrat team :) and your production is just wow... You admit you are not a video game fan and play with it to promote your sponsor; you make a video dedicated to the historical Zombie cocktail and of course making your rendition of it. thanks as always! and lets see you get to 200k!
Hey Kev, great episode once more! Looking forward to see a nice idea on Bloody Mary. Maybe some unique vodka infusion with a Cocktail Time Bloody Mary mix and on top some celery foam for instance idk
Thanks for this one! I didn't follow your recipe exactly, but I was inspired by it. I had a bottle of Liber & Co. Grapefruit Shrub that I had been wanting to try - I had never tried a shrub before - and so I figured this would be a good place to start with it. - Appleton Estate Rare Blend 12yo, 45ml - Smith & Cross Overproof, 15ml - JDT Velvet Falernum, 7.5ml - Liber & Co Grapefruit Shrub, 5ml - Liber & Co Grenadine, 5ml - Liber & Co Pineapple Syrup, 5ml - Cinamon Syrup, 2.5ml - Angostura Bitters (dash) - Lucid Absinthe (spray) I really enjoyed the "bite" from the shrub. Will definitely consider making my own in the future as inspired by this video. BTW - I find an old fashioned with a blended aged rum as the base spirit is quickly becoming my favorite way to enjoy an OF.
It's not quite Tiki season in my house, but I've never been one to turn down any kind of rum-based old-fashioned variation. This one is going on my March cocktail menu. This episode looks like it was a ton of fun to make, just like a sponsored 100K-subscriber celebration should be. Congratulations to the Cocktail Time team; you guys deserve it!
I‘m a bit late to the party, but I tried your recipe today - after waiting 48 hours impatiently for the ingredients of the shrub getting ready -, and it‘s a really great Rum Old Fashioned, Kevin. Thanks a lot!
great story line. love it. It is so funny and very entertaining. Funny thing is I have seen a lot of Zombie drink videos lately and was thinking of coming up with an Old Fashioned Variation, great minds think a like. you beat me to it and definitely a lot better job than I would do. But thanks for the inspiration. This one is going on my list for sure. This will help me on my journey down the rabbit hole of Old-Fashioned cocktails. thanks again and cheers. 🥃
Zombie... the cocktail of cocktails... perfect summer treat to enjoy along an atrocious long cigar (something like a Cuaba Diadema, now extinct, to keep the theme in). Many barmans make it overly sweet, most of them make it too long, but always fun to have.
That Stay Human looks delicious. I'm definitely going to try and put it together. The only part that has me concerned is the shrub, but I'll give it a go. How do I get my hands on that rum?
That Goslings substitution for Demerara rum in the 1934 Zombie is problematic: Demerara rum is a key part of the flavor profile of the drink. Your stirred drink looks tasty, though.
@@KevinKos Love this idea! I will try to look for it! I think I may have to make my own from scratch but I will definitely be trying to make the "stay alive"! :) Thanks!!

Fantastic! Thanks for your great work and effort. Greetings from germany 👋🏻
Many thanks! Cheers!
I’m going to try that shrub out! Really love the idea of using an oleo as it’s sweetener. As always great video.

@KevinKos Amazing modern take, but is it really a tiki cocktail without a tiki mug?!? 🤔
Nice kevin😂
Great episode!

Hi, Kevin. Quick question: have you ever wanted to apply or applied to become a somelier?
I did, but I don't have time for something like this at the time. I hope this will change in near future.
This is brilliant.
Thank you!!
Oh noo, what happened to the spooky thumbnail? :o
David just can’t catch a break! 😂 But his hands got quite a nice screen time though. 😎
The Video was great but you missed a great opportunity, when David turned to a zombie the cure should have been
The corpse surviver

Gosling was actually the last bottle of 151 rum I could purchase in Slovenia. We don't have much choice here 😅 Thank you for sharing!
@@KevinKos Oh, I totally understand the problem! I remember a time we had trouble getting 151-proof Demerara in New York City. Keep asking for it!
Love a Zombie! What can I use instead, if I can't get falernum in my country?
Can you get a falernum syrup? If you can get it, mix it with rum to get an easy liqueur.
@@KevinKos Love this idea! I will try to look for it! I think I may have to make my own from scratch but I will definitely be trying to make the "stay alive"! :) Thanks!!
ok now i need zombie fingers ... where do i get them at
Friends at Techland should have some extra 😄
@@KevinKos they would go great with so many of the tiki drinks i usually make.
@@Bigpete9000 check it out on amazon. I bought them there.
6 month in the fridge for shrub!? Eternity in the basement.
