Brilliant! Kevin, I knew you'd impress once again. I had such a good time working with you guys. Beautiful video, beautiful drink! Cheers, my friends! 🥃
Thanks, Anders, it was a real pleasure to work with both of you and make this happen. And your video is out of this world, amazing work by you and Az! Thanks for all the kind words. Cheers, brother! 🥃
Amazing cocktail Kevin! Anders had too much fun being Kevin haha. I was afraid to mess up but the clarification went great! I should make it again with a nice sphere like that
Thanks, Gabriel! You picked an awesome combination for us to work with. And yeah, Anders really had a lot of fun and it shows in his amazing video! You also wrapped up this little experiment perfectly with your video! Haha yeah, I saw that you didn't use your "best ice" lol 😂
Love Cocktail Time and Anders' videos; I happened to watch his mezcal cocktail first. In it, he hypothesized that Kevin would do a "chamomile foam" vel sim., and here it is! Sparkling tea! That and saline solution really signal cocktail time for me!
Az, you guys took your amazing content to another level with your video this week. The editing, the story and the cocktail, it all came together so good. Great work all around and both Sašo and Robi said they'll want to exchange some notes haha! And I'm sure Anders will make you the Chaloma so please let me know how you like it! Cheers!
Thanks, Chris! It was great to connect and work with Anders and Gabriel. It's not hard to get better when working with such amazing bartenders and creators. Like Gabriel said in his video - everyone wins!
It was so great to watch all three episodes after this collab was in the works for so long. Couldn't be more proud of how it all came together. Amazing job by all three of you (and the supporting cast, of course! ;))
Anders knocked it out of the park with the cocktail and the video! And Gabe did an awesome job of summarizing what this great collaboration/experiment was all about. Huge props to you and Robi as well, for helping this happen!
Last time I made clarified juice was from the valentines episode, so great excuse to get clarifying again :) Great visuals and execution as always! Off to see what Anders did with it!
I'm glad to give you a reason to make more clarified citrus juice! It's really versatile and makes for great cocktails. Also, spoiler alert, Anders absolutely killed it with his episode! 😎
Here in Mexico there is tendency of consuming more Mezcal, and is becoming more and more popular. My favorite one is "Ojo de tigre" because the smoked flavor is very soft, and it's excellent for prepare coktails. I haven't tasted "Del Maguey Vida", but I will try. If one day you have the oportunity, you can buy a "Montelobos pechuga" bottle. This kind of mezcal is made with chicken, turkey, or rabbit breast. It has a unique flavor and is delicious to enjoy with worm salt and orange slices. Thank you for your great channel.
WOW! Two of my Favorite Bartenders Anders and Kevin Kos!!!!!!!!!! SCORE!!!! You two have inspired me to really elevate my game and love for the Craft, and dare I say Art form!!!
This sounds great! Do you find the vida took over the drink? I like it, but it’s so much more smoky than most other mezcals that I tend to pair it with bolder flavors. The clarified lemon & grapefruit is brilliant- I will definitely be trying it. Great video and fun challenge!
I didn't since I added just 45ml (1,5 oz) of it in a cocktail. Smokiness complimented chamomile so well. I would love to hear your opinion after you'll try it out. Thank you!
Thanks, Wellta! Yeah, it's like they weren't even trying. Might need to fix that down the road! And I might be biased here, but I think my apron was the coolest one. You be the judge though 😉
Mr. Kos, where did you get your jigger? I've been looking for one like it for quite a while, but I can only find stainless steel ones or ones made of cheap glass with markings that rub off too easily.
So the best way is to make sure the bottle you store your syrup in is sterlized and that you keep it clean when using it. Licking the bottle cap will guarantee the syrup will spoil pretty fast. Keep it in the fridge (not on the door, since that's where the temperature changes the most). You can also make a rich syrup (2:1 sugar syrup), which will last longer, but you need to adjust the amount you use. You can check my Basic Syrups episode for more information here: ruclips.net/video/nMU5FaXMQn0/видео.html And if you have any seasonal fruit or herbal syrups you can freeze it too, to save it for later. Adding vodka or other alcohol won't really help much, since you'd have to add way too much for it to make a difference. Hope this helps and if you have more questions like this, feel free to join our Discord server: discord.gg/hbFb6YUwYt (but feel free to ask here in comments anytime, of course!)
Some lie a bit complicated and others prefer simple cocktails. I fall in the first category, but I am happy for you if you like simple ones. Cheers, El Boxeo!
You definitely need to go to the gym. Your shoulder are pointy and no muscles or any kind of figure. Spend less time on drinks and a little more effort on your health
It was awesome working with Anders and Gabriel!. What would you do with these ingredients? Do you like mezcal?

Anders, I love how you hyped up Kevin so much with your intro. Playing mind games in a friendly match, I see you! 👀😂
3 ingredients, 2 bartenders, 1 Phantom Hand. That sounds like a hit Netflix series to me.
The question is, who is going to play the part of the Phantom Hand!!

Very cool to see how you and anders approached this differently, and that you both naturally gravitated towards triple syrup! It's a perfect fit.
True! It was so fun to collaborate with Anders. Thanks!

I love how different the approaches are using the same ingredients. Simply amazing!
You wiped the floor with Ander's cocktail. We have a winner here. Salud🍻from mexico
I wouldn't call it that, since Anders is an amazing bartender and his creation looked super delicious. Thank you for your support! Cheers!
Refreshing! Can't wait to see what Anders made and what Gabriel think about both cocktails!

WOW!!! I'm speechless!!!! I would love to be your quality assurance guy!!!!! I'm glad I kept my eyes open!!!!
Haha I'll let you know if there's an opening! Thanks, Tim!
You found a way to make so much with so little. Great job Kevin!
Thanks, Vino! With all the ingredients ready this is easily a 62nd cocktail! 😎 If you want to give mezcal another shot to win you over 😉

I will love to see your take on Tiki Cocktail, like the Zombie - Kevin will clarify the lime juice, ferment the Don’s Mix - that will be amazing!
Sounds interesting! Maybe I will make it in one of our future episodes. Thank you!

I tried one of these in Bar Convent Berlin two years ago (with worm salt) and it was great! Thank you and cheers!
Anders sent me here! So excited to hear the results from Gabriel!

Glad to know I'm not the only Yugoslav named Kevin, didn't think that sort of thing happened outside America
Yep and that since 1989 😃 My mom loved Kevin (Cos)tner back then.
This is exquisite!!!
Thanks, Dhiraj! I had exquisite company in this project so the cocktail had to be up to par!

Hi! Check out the UrbanBar.com website. They have pretty cool barware and glasware. Cheers!
Fizzy chamomile tea sounds intriguing! (Loved the dad joke too)
Such a great way to incorporate the tea in a cocktails! Kevin is a legend!
Thank you both!
Mezcalito!! Now this is the cup of tea that I need.😍 #saludcita ❤️ 🥃 👊🏼
I second that one!

Is there a benefit to clarification?
what is the soundtrack im loving that guitar tone

@@KevinKos thanks man! keep it up, i love your videos

Yep, this cocktail is still vegan 😊
I ask you who will surely know how to answer me: is there any preservative or procedure that I can add to sugar syrups to increase their conservation?

How to make a very good quality video like this?
Having an awesome team helps a lot! Check my previous video for some "behind the scenes" of how we make the episodes. Cheers!

Anders says Hi :)
Welcome!
How to make 3 ingredient-cocktails complicated ? I'll pass on this one.
Some lie a bit complicated and others prefer simple cocktails. I fall in the first category, but I am happy for you if you like simple ones. Cheers, El Boxeo!
This is too complicated for most people to do for a cocktail
