Hey Rob,try using Alpha Yohimbine instead of Yohimbine HCL. Works better even in much lower doses and doesnt produce anxiety. Also the effects are a little supperior.
Rob, how would you tackle intermittent fasting if I workout early morning 6:30? I still take a little bit of pre, sometimes a banana but that breaks the overnight fast.
I wouldn’t worry about it really, as long as you aren’t having a massive meal, you still get to bank most of your calories for later in the day, which is the main benefit that makes dieting in easier imo
How you feeling off the yohimbine buddy? What dosage are you on? I'm currently running it at 20mg a day, fasted in the mornings before a workout (I weigh 95.2kg). Some days I feel no sides, other days I get all the sides haha. Had to swerve the post workout cardio this morning because it felt like my heart was pounding out my chest, so if you have any tips I'm all ears
Hi Rob, do you know anything about the effect or creatine on creatinine levels, I’ve been doing 5g a day for the past 3 months or so, I get quarterly blood work and my creatinine level has jumped massively it’s now out of range, I’ve done some research and it appears this is generally ok but there’s not much info on it, all my other markers are ok, my blood work provider has advised me to stop taking it. Any ideas?

We all have it, genetics plays a role in a fast, normal or slow metabolism. According, to Harvard Health publishing, by Harvard medical it’s real and does slow with age. However, diet and activity versus inactivity is the larger player in weight loss or maintenance.

Same for me! If your increased creatinine levels are solely due to creatine supplementation then there is no issue
How long are your training sessions? An hr of lifting 30 min of cardio ? And you said cardio 3x a week n weight training is 5 or 6 days?
