Yes, they’re called Baby Lock Design Suite. There have been 2 releases and more to come. Your local Baby Lock retailer sells them.

I have a stipple fill that is not in iq, I want to put an embroidery design over that. Is that possible?

Just stitch the stipple and embroider right over it. The stipple isn’t super stitch intensive usually.
