Next time you around the area give me a shout I'm a former Durban boy ,moved down here to PE to manage a tackle store ,it takes a while to figure out how the weather patterns affect the fishing here but when you get it right there's plenty of spots to target fish down here love your content larnie🤟
When i lived at bkue horizon We spent a week fishing camping and walking from blue horizon to gamtoos. We had to wade across the vanstaadens River as it was flowing into the sea.
Really beautiful beach! I wouldn’t mind camping Van Staadens and exploring that entire area. I’m definitely going back there. Thanks for sharing your experience 🤙🏼

I’m sorry I disagree. Blacktail mature at 20cm that’s at age 3. The biggest caught to date was 47 cm aged approximately 21. If there’s a fish I encourage people to take and eat, it’s a black tail. Their population is thriving and are not in threat at all. Thanks bud
All good Larnie, fishing hasn’t been great due to weather and Sea conditions. Normal for this time of year on the SC. Winter months always best for fishing. Been out plenty times, but no fish hence no videos. Still fishing and will upload as soon as the fish come on the bite. Thanks for checking up, take care 🤣

@KentsFishing we used to just camp in rhe dunes, only ever spent 1 night van staadens, there's a good campsite in gamtoos also,
